Luxury Villa NIKI in Olive garden

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Casa Molá

Dieses einzigartige Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Stil und wurde erst 2024 aus einem alten istrischen Steinhaus aus dem Jahr 1926 renoviert. Für den Sommer 2025 wird das Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Pool ausgestattet, der mit schwarzen Fliesen umrandet ist und an allen vier Seiten überläuft. Casa Molá befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, die größtenteils von Natur umgeben ist. Der örtliche natürliche Kieselstrand ist in nur 10 Gehminuten durch einen Kiefernwald erreichbar.

Villa Elevation

Erleben Sie den Inbegriff von Luxus in dieser geräumigen Villa für 10 Personen. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses verfügt über ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine Küche, ein Esszimmer und Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Sonnendeck am Pool. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und vier Badezimmer. Drei Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zu einer gemeinsamen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Olivenhaine, Berge und das Meer in der Ferne.

Situated in the heart of nature, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. House built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.
