Ferienunterkünfte mit Kamin in Nettuno

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Séjour inoubliable pour l'ensemble de la famille (10 personnes) dans cette maison avec sa vue exceptionnelle, très pratique et fortement équipée, comme à la maison. Des hôtes très gentils et arrangeants, un cadre royal avec une belle intimité.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Rosalba e Luce sono state molto disponibili e gentili, mi hanno accolto così bene che mi è sembrato di essere a casa. Tanti posti letto e un grande giardino per far giocare il cane e possibilità di passare bei momenti all’aperto. Super consigliato.

Je recommande plus plus plus cette maison Surtout en ayant fait d’autre maison avant …. et surtout Francesca Elle est aimable , gentille, bienveillante La maison est extrêmement bien équipée avec draps torchons farine sucre …. Tt ce qu’il faut La piscine ,les ballons ⚽️ les bains de soleil le calme ,le beau jardin est très plaisant et reposant J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les enfants aussi Merci pour cette belle semaine 🙏

Siamo stati in questa villa per un addio al celibato ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La villa è stupenda, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, super disponibili e molto flessibili sia per il check-in che per il check-out, il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice e piacevole. Consigliatissima, torneremmo sicuramente!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und es wahr alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Check in und Check Out waren völlig problemlos. Das Begrüßungskomitee (die Katzen) haben uns auch in der späten Nacht empfangen. das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und den malerischen Kiwi Hainen. Bis zum nächsten Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und man ist nach zwei Stationen am Hauptbahnhof in Rom. Die Kommunikation mit Ricardo war immer schnell und sehr hilfreich. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Our stay with Corina was nothing short of fantastic! She is extremely friendly and even offered to meet us at the train station with our bags. The place is extremely clean and comfortable and even has a great pizza place just downstairs. There’s only one other apartment in the palazzo, so it was very tranquil. There’s some street noise but that should be expected from anywhere in the middle of town. We even had an issue with our key and she came to replace it immediately. The check in and out was extremely flexible and actually caused us to stay another night cause we were having so much fun at the beach! I would absolutely stay here again, for the ease and comfort of the place, but mostly for the lovely Corina!

Proprietario super carino e disponibile☺️zona tranquilla e vicini molto gentili. Tanto spazio esterno per fare passeggiate con il proprio cane in totale tranquillità. Se automuniti, comoda per raggiungere tutti i servizi e i punti d’interesse della zona. Consigliato🫶

Krásné ubytování v historickém centru. Čisto a pořádek. Výhled z balkónu na východ slunce je úžasný. Horší je to s parkováním, je třeba nechat auto dále od domu, ale kousek cesty pěšky pěkným městem rozhodně neurazí.

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Paola is very lovely and intelligent, one of the nicest people in Rome! Her home is nice and comfortable in a location close to anything you could need, including the beach across the street. We have purchased a few things for the place that we will leave for the next person to enjoy

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Lorenzos apartment is in a quiet residential area in Anzio. I was there in April, I guess it could be a little busier in the summer. The sea is within walking distance. The car park is good (private), and it is a short walk to the nearest train station. It could be a good base camp for a day trip to Rome. The apartment is modern and fully equipped and very clean. You will find everything you might need for shorter and longer stays, the washing machine is a great bonus. Lorenzo is a very good host, communication works perfect. He helped with the checking-in and explained how everything works, which saved a lot of time. Easy choice next time I will be around. Very much recommendable!

Lucilla was extremely friendly and responsive. We were a big group of 13 people and she was super flexible to accommodate our needs including super late checkout on Sunday. Thanks a lot!!

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

très beaux extérieurs avec une vue magnifique. accès par un petit chemin privé sur une plage. restaurant en dessous de la maison très sympa (un peu bruyant dans la nuit du samedi soir nous concernant). Daniela et Erik sont très réactifs. maison très agréable. quelques éléments à rénover.. electricite et salle de bain. un très bon séjour pour notre famille avec nos 4 enfants.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

This place was incredibly unique. Beautiful property and house. We marveled at its design everyday we woke up in it. There was something new to notice everyday we were there. We had already explored Rome by this part of our trip and were exploring the surrounding area with a family who was staying close to the location we were at. It’s quiet, close to a food store and was within a short driving distance to a lot of things/places. It was a nice place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of Rome for a little. To top our visit, we really enjoyed the sunset from the patio on our last night.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this location. The hosts were extremely friendly and responded to all of our messages within minutes. The location is right by the beach and there is lots to do in the area. It is also 5mins away from the subway station that gets you yo Ostia and Rome in no time. The price was unbeatable!! We would love to come back again :)

La casa è molto accogliente e spaziosa. Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito e funzionale. La parte esterna della casa è il punto forte, tutto molto curato e sistemato. Unico appunto già comunicato a Camilla è la posizione non accuratissima inserita sulla piattaforma! Per il resto esperienza fantastica, se volete relax e tanto spazio verde, è la casa giusta!

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.
