Ferienunterkünfte am Wasser in Newport

This was our 3rd stay at Christian’s place. It’s perfect for us when visiting family and so much more comfortable than a hotel. Super comfortable master bedroom !

Great place close to all the sports, a ton of pickleball courts just a 10 min walk away, the riverboat cruise was just across the river, and the casino was a 5 min drive away.

Pack a blanket and cozy things to make it feel a little warmer on these cold days but it’s a spacious, beautiful stay. Quiet and close to the event center, this spot provided us with a great location to be in the city to enjoy the entire weekend! Easy parking locations too located nearby.

It was a nice studio apartment, the perfect size for my stay. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed to make it a home for the week.

We enjoyed staying at Joe’s place. It was clean and convenient/walkable to the Front Street restaurants. The only issue we had was that the main door going into the building did not automatically lock. Unless locked from the inside, it would stay open 24/7. It would be great if that door automatically locked and/or the door at the top of the stairs automatically locked. The suite was spacious and had enough amenities for a comfortable stay. This is a beautiful apartment! Bigger than the pictures, very nice. The neighborhood is very charming and fun, small community but very welcoming and friendly with rich history. Close to Cincinnati. The river is directly in front of the house and is so majestic and peaceful. Christian is an excellent host, answered most questions before we even asked. Great experience we really can’t say enough about the amazing apartment that made a weekend getaway feel like a full vacation!

Grant’s place was comfortable, super clean, spacious and I appreciated the coffee! Check in/out was easy. Convenient tram connection right in front of the apartment that brings you to/from downtown Cincy/airport. Also walkable to many of Newport’s attractions which worked out well for me.

Clean, lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Edward was very communicative and flexible when we didn’t realize the checkout was at 10 am. Would stay there again!

The property was beautiful!!

Secluded area, peaceful, very comfortable bed and couch. We did deal with excessive (like 15-20+) stink bugs in the master bedroom over the course of our stay. Yes, they are harmless, but they are a nuisance and no one wants bugs on the ceiling above the bed or in their suitcase. The host did say she would address the issue. There was also hard water buildup on the shower head so the water pressure wasn’t great. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the house and the host to others.

We really enjoyed our stay here, perfect for our 3-couple group. It was a bit rainy, so we spent more time inside than planned but made use of the shuffleboard, foosball and TV's- great area to hang out. The house was so clean and beautiful. I love these old houses; it was nicely decorated. The linens and bed felt so luxurious and was very comfortable. First place I have ever stayed that had a Nepresso, Kurig and drip coffee with all the necessities. We enjoyed the upstairs deck; it is a great space. There is a local grocery close enough to walk to, which worked out great for us. We did venture to the little downtown and found a couple great local bars and cute shops, The Ludlow Tavern and Buffalo bar. We had some last-min changes and needed a late check out, Angela was quick to respond and happy to accomodate. You can tell they really put extra effort into hosting. Quick uber ride to downtown. Will look to stay here anytime we are in the Cincinnati area.

We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at Steve's place. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the birds and other wildlife. There is such a homey feel with lots of places to gather and visit both inside and outside.

I wish I could give them a higher rating than a five. Ben and Heather are the most wonderful host. I really appreciate their kindness and how quickly they responded to my questions. Homemade cookies was waiting for us when we arrived. The home was bright, clean and spacious. We felt right at home. This weekend was a girls trip and we had the best time. The hot tub under the stars was perfect. I would love to come back and visit the area again in. Ben and Heather you are the best and my friends and I appreciate you both so very much.

The place was perfect. The inside of the house was really nice(the only part is that there are some few old furniture and doors hard to close/lock). The view was the best view I've ever seen at an AirBnb. The only thing that was difficult was the steep driveway off the busy road. But the price was reasonable and the host was very easy to talk to.

Rachael was very flexible let us check in early, helped me to get an extra day as we needed to be in that evening. one minor problem that was corrected the next day as it was too late to get it fixed that night. The place made you feel right at home and everyone was very helpful.

My family, including two young kids, was in town for my dad’s 80th birthday. We spent a very happy week at Diana’s lovely home. All the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating for meals and relaxing together. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the toys in the toy room. My favorite thing was to watch the birds at the feeder. We were able to refill it during the week and keep the feathered party going. We were grateful to be able to host our local family for some meals. There were historic storms that moved through the region much of the week. Diana reached out with reminders of where to find emergency flashlights and candles. Mercifully, the power never went out. We highly recommend Diana’s home for a comfortable family stay and we hope to return for our next visit to Cincinnati.

It is difficult at times to book this place because it is always in demand. Chet is an incredible host and response to questions and comments quickly and with solutions. I highly recommend this location.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic, thoughtful and welcoming, with lots of small touches that made a big difference. Their clear, detailed instructions made everything super easy and stress-free. We especially loved the convenience of the parking spot right by the entrance. The place was absolutely spotless, even better than the photos! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back when we are in the area.

Great views of the Cincy skyline. Walked to hofbrauhaus, brothers, pins and OTR.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, secure, and overall amazing stay. Somaly has thought of everything and made the space wonderful. The extras in the unit make it exceptional. The parking garage is a quick walk from the unit. Findlay Market is down the street...less than an 8 minute walk. The Connector Streetcar has 3 stops all nearby the unit to hop on/off. Great location. Somaly was very responsive and provided clear directions and check in/out instructions. Highly recommend.
