Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are features you will be sure to enjoy. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

Cozy year-round lakefront home in Huntsville, Muskoka! This property is situated on Lake Vernon (only a 20 minute drive from town). It has 3 decks, a large dock with plenty of sun, a floating raft with a water slide, outdoor games, fire pit and a BBQ. The cottage is an enjoyable experience no matter what time of the year with close access to Algonquin Park, Arrowhead, The OFSC snowmobile trail and all that Huntsville has to offer.
