'Tak Tak Nine Konağı' ismini aldığı ninenin 150 yıl önceki hikayesine dayanıyor. Bu küçük taş ev, eski yapıya sadık kalınarak tamamen doğal malzemelerden, çevreye saygılı şekilde restore edildi. El yapımı seramikler ve eski Karadeniz evlerinden sökülmüş ahşaplarla yapılmış antika mobilyalara sahip. Akşam güneşini alan begonvilli verandası, sabahları kahvaltı keyfi yapmak için yeterli gölge ve esintiyi sağlıyor. Çan sesleri ve köylünün yaptığı taze ekmek kokuları içerisinde huzur dolu bir mekan.

The Traditional Nisyrian house has 3 floors, located in the heart of the center. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
