Das Gästehaus wurde 2019 erbaut und ist modern ausgestattet, einschließlich schnellem Glasfaser-Internet und WiFi-Mesh. Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. We are located in a good location easy access around town. Perfect place for a student attending Sunshine massage school, SEE, Cooking school. For this unit we provided a small gas tank, kitchenette and cooking area. Laundry,cleaning, or pick up and drop off are available. For long stay the electric does not include cleaning is required every two week additional fee may applied to your total. Pet fee is require please chat with landlord.
