The room was very stylish and exactly like the photos. It was comfortable and cozy. The apartment area is also super convenient with two minimarkets and several places to eat nearby. The road in front of the apartment can get quite congested at times, but overall, it was still a pleasant stay!

Nowys place was so nice, we ended up staying extra time in Jakarta! We are on a long trip and it was so nice to have the little things provided - water, toiletries and children's toys and books for the little ones to play with. Also the shower is so good! Handy to be close to the mall - you can access via the 3rd floor (through the adjacent tower).

Great stay! Highly recommend. The communication is highly responsive and the place matched the description. The only thing that could be improved is the amenities and cleanliness, when i checked in, soap and shampoo are pretty much empty, so was the dishwashing liquid (i had to buy it at supermarket and refill it). I also found a jar that has a pinch of coffee leftover, opened condiments left in cupboard (ants everywhere) Overall experience was great. Super convenient spot and great value for money. Slight improvement needed to be made, however i would happily stay here again! :) :)

Fantastic apartment conveniently attached to a mall with easy access to food and shops. It was also easily accessible for gojek/grab drivers.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Elysia was such an accommodating host and made my stay such an enjoyable stay. She was responsive and communicated well. We didn't wait long for anything. I recommend this location for anyone needing all the amenities. There's great shopping and restaurants in the same building as well!

My son and I had a very nice stay in Lidya and Djohan’s apartment. I have been renting an apartment in greenbay every year and their unit was the cleanest one ever. As always, good food around, daily necessities are easy to find and safe environments. Will definitely come back for other occasions

Patrick is a really great host. He's always responsive, clearly gave instructions. His unit is cozy, well-maintained, and the apartment itself is modern, smells good, plus friendly staffs in the lobby. Also it only takes less than 3 mins walk to Green Sedayu Mall. Would like to stay there again!

tempatnya sangat nyaman.. tempat tidur bersih, kamar mandi bersih , peralatan dapur bersih. berasa kayak dirumah. lokasi juga sangat strategis , turun kebawah langsung mall cp jadi pas banget kalau kt bawa anak ataupun orang tua ga perlu susah2 untuk cari makan dan main di mall. kita disediakan juga alat makan dan minum yang semuanya bersih dan tertata rapih. pasti akan kembali lagi ketempat ini.

청결하고, 잘 정돈된 숙소. 깨끗하고 질서있는 주변환경. 자카르타에서도 아주 높은 수준의 숙소 및 주변환경을 자랑할만 하다. 수영장, 운동시설 및 편의점과 주변 상권도 아주 훌륭하다고 할 수 있음. 다음에도 반드시 다시 묵고싶은 곳.

Tempat yang sangat nyaman untuk menampung keluarga besar seperti kami. Ada beberapa tempat untuk ngumpul dan berbincang ; teras yang cukup nyaman, ruang makan yang bisa menampung banyak orang dan peralatan masak yang cukup lengkap, dan ada balkon yang cukup luas yang bisa digunakan untuk tempat bermain anak. Tuan rumah dan pengurus rumah juga sangat ramah. Walaupun sharing tempat dengan penguni lain, namun tidak mengurangi kenyamanan. Tuan rumah sangat ramah dan karena kami tiba sangat cepat kami tepat diijinkan cek in lebih awal. Sangat recommended

Wow we really love it!! sangat nyaman sekali untuk staycation & healing dari penat.. host yang sangat responsive dan ramah banget kalau kita butuh apa apa.. kamarnya luas banget, wangi, bersih.. bener bener bersih.. ac dingin banget.. breakfast simple tapi enak.. security nya baik banget.. so satisfied ! Pengen balik kesini lagi.. so worth it!!
