We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everyone at the tennis/pickleball courts were friendly, and we got in good practice and games. The pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. Ken was responsive to any of my questions. Close to grocery stores and shopping. Ken gave great recommendation for visiting the beach.

Stayed for 5 nights with husband, 2 kids ages 11 and 12 along with Grandparents for a relaxing Spring Break getaway. The house was beautiful. Kitchen contained everything needed to make meals. Was great to have a washer and dryer. House is located close to beach and shopping. The highlight for us was the hours spent in beautiful backyard. The spa and pool were amazing! There is a covered area by pool where we ate many meals and played card games. Eric was very responsive whenever we had had a question.

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

The photos are not updated, so to our surprise, the unit has been beautifully updated and we were so excited when we walked in! Rob was a great host, made check in so easy, and gave great recommendations to restaurants in the area. The food and atmosphere at Junkaroos was awesome! We went two nights in a row and they have a great happy hour! We were there over spring break, so we were told on the property to go early or the wait will be long. Great advise…we went at 4:30 one night and 5:30 the 2nd and didn’t wait longer than 20 minutes! The beach is across the street, entrance 1 block away and Rob had chairs and some beach toys which was great for our little one. The pool is huge and heated and the hot tub was a great bonus! We will definitely be back! So relaxing and fun! We highly recommend this place. Great location.

Carla’s place was absolutely beautiful and she was a wonderful host! Extremely helpful and responsive with lots of great recommendations. The house was clean and just as described and we never wanted to leave the pool. Thanks Carla for an awesome stay - we will definitely be back!

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house had literally everything we needed. Eric has done everything to make it a smooth and easy process for check in and check out. Everything in the house was labeled, which made it super easy to find things and put them back as we used them. The kids loved having their own rooms and would have stayed in the pool all night if we had let them! The walk to the beach is a little farther than we had anticipated with kids, but that wasn’t a problem. Vanderbilt Beach parking is right down the road so we loaded up the car, dropped everyone off at the beach and parked. They also had everything we needed for the beach. It truly felt like home for 7 days. We will definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your home.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

We spent our family vacation at Katherine’s home in March 2025. Our vacation consisted of Myself and my husband, Our two sons and daughters in law and 3 children under 3 1/2. We enjoyed every minute from check-in to check-out. The house was very spacious, clean and childproof. The lanai area was perfect for relaxing! The pool was great, with a landing that was perfect for our 1 year old grandson to play. Our granddaughters lived in the perfectly heated pool when we were there. The pool lighting and uplighting were gorgeous. Katherine’s house was well stocked, plenty of pool toys, bikes and beach stuff. The location was perfect, with lots to do! We had such a good time, lots of memories and would highly recommend for your family vacation.

Brandi’s place was clean and exactly like how’s described. The community was peaceful and private. The house was clean inside and the pool was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!!

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und die Möbel sind in einem sehr guten Zustand und man hat viel Platz. Küche, Bäder und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Restaurants sind sogar in Gehdistanz und auch der Supermarkt (Walmart) ist in der Nähe. Ich kann Ben's Haus sehr empfehlen!!

Great location in Naples close to shopping and restaurants. House was beautiful and well appointed, great for families. plenty of space. Gorgeous lanai and pool. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other travelers.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus von Alex. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich große Klasse, es ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool sind super. Alex war ein toller Gastgeber der sich sehr schnell auf Fragen zurück gemeldet hat. Ich empfehle zudem das tolle Gästebuch, welches Alex erstellt hat. Da gibt es alle hilfreichen Infos rund ums Haus. Herzlichen Dank Alex, wir kommen wieder!

Super location. So quiet. Very close to the beach. Alan was so responsive and understanding of our flight changes. Lots of local recommendations.

Our family chose Linda’s get away and her home accommodated our every need. We had a family with an infant and a dog as well & Linda STILL managed to have everything! The home is immaculate & spotless. We enjoyed the outdoor patio nightly and enjoyed the luxurious amenities like the jet tub and huge walk in shower! Our family loved how spacious this home was, we were still able to be together without being right on top of each other. Again, I highly recommend Linda & Pao!!

This was our first time using Airbnb so we were not familiar with the process. Matt was amazing and helpful from the beginning to end. Everything that could ever need is already there. House was amazing, well maintained and clean. Nice pool very clean, everyone is friendly and very secured place. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will absolutely be visiting again. Fantastic! This was our 2nd time back and we loved it once again. Linda was very helpful & responsive. The home was very clean & beds very comfortable. The private pool area was exactly what we needed with the option to walk to the beach. Many amenities available that made us feel right at home! Thank you!!

We stayed with our parents for a 5 day trip for pickleball US Open. short 10 to 12 minute drive. Plenty of space for seating in living room and great layout with comfortable beds. Plenty of toilet paper, toiletries, and kitchen well stocked. Communication was great and friendly. The pool was relaxing and did need a sweep for buggies with the skimmer net. Mostly updated in kitchens and baths. Some signs of age with flooring and windows but not an issue for us!! Would stay again.

We are very excited about our family vacation June 2024. Thank you Misheline and Gilles for sharing your beautiful, cozy and comfortable home with us. Everything was at the highest level. We visited the barefoot beach; anyone who loves wild nature will enjoy it, but we didn’t like the fact that there were alot of rocks. We visited the free beach-North Bonita beach. We also visited Marco island beach and Vanderbilt Beach - wonderful beaches! For shopping, the Miramar outlets are super! We visited two beautiful botanical gardens and the Everglades. Captain Webb was awesome, super fun!!! We saw 4 alligators and two manates. I fell in love with the two lounge chairs near the pool. The bed was a little high for me and there wasn’t a large enough pot for the soup (I had to cook it every day), but everything was wonderful, like in heaven, we even tried real ripe mangoes (we asked the neighbors). Serene location on the Imperial River but close to beaches and restaurants. For families- nice, safe community within bike ride or very short drive to nice playground/ball field of Bonita Springs. Kitchen is well stocked and fun to use the kayak on the river! Have everything you need for the beach as well. Wonderful place and efficient and responsive management! It’d be amazing to be able to come back!

We enjoyed our stay so much and would come back here in a second! Dean was absolutely amazing. If we had a question he answered the phone right away. He even brought us a wine open on our last night. The house was beautiful and clean head to toe. Beds were so comfortable. Hot tub and pool were spotless and one of the best parts of the house! We saw dolphins and manatees daily. Best experience.
