We had such fun fishing off the expansive dock. We caught numerous catfish. Unfortunately it was too windy to do much kayaking but we got out there once. The kids enjoyed the pool. We caught the food truck festival and the kiddos enjoyed the gaming place across from Walmart. it also has go-karts and putt-putt. The house was a perfect beach house and very comfortably fit my family of 5, with room for more.

Great location on Ocean drive across from Cole Park. The house was easily accessible and very clean. Savannah was super responsive. The pool was clean and ready for use. The kitchen was well stocked and the a/c units worked great! The only opinions we have are related to the pet friendliness. Although the property says fully fenced, it really isn’t. The fence around the pool doesn’t connect, so your dog can get onto the driveway. There is a driveway gate but the space is so great below, the pet can get under it. We had to leash ours and walk him every time. We didn’t get to spend much time in the pool but it would have been hard with having to keep the dog on a leash while swimming. Also, there is no grassed area. Ok if your dog doesn’t require it but problematic for us. 😬 Overall, if we didn’t have a dog, we would definitely stay again!

Exceptional Stay with an Amazing Host! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed and made sure everything was taken care of even answering at obnoxious times to insure our great stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning!

This is our second time staying here an it’s been an absolute pleasure!! We had issue with our washer, the next day they had us a new one out and hooked up!

This place is amazing. It’s on a canal and has its on boat slip. The boat ramp is right around the corner and so convenient. The inside is tastefully decorated and relaxing Jamie and Laura responded to any questions we had We will definitely recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again

Great outdoor space to hang out and relax by the water. Master bedroom was nice and shower was great. Other bedrooms beds were small and meant more for children or smaller adults.

Beautiful, well appointed condo in a great location. Condo was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfy. Lots of extras-beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, and a wagon to tote them in. Kitchen well stocked-even had basic spices, free coffee and filters. Location was fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants, shops, and services close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Quiet and comfortable. The pool was clean and the place was too. Had all the amenities of home. Short distance to downtown and the Harbor Bridge, a beautiful site to see indeed. The aquarium, the Battleship Lexington, Selena Museum, and the beautiful Corpus Christi Bayfront, all within a few miles from this complex. The host was vey responsive and returned any inquiries within 15-20 mins. Will be booking this again!!!

I had a great time. My daughter wanted to have her 16th birthday party at the beach and smitty & Marta’s place was in a perfect location. The beach was at the end of the street and easy walking distance from the condo. My family and I had a wonderful time and really appreciate them sharing their home with us for the weekend.

The place was located perfectly close to the beach . Our AC was having issues the second day we were there Jason was awesome well communicated and was fixed same day. Place had washer and dryer very convenient. Had great amount of space . Had decent amount of pots and pans and utensils we were able to eat in a few nights. Overall it was a good stay felt home like after the second day .

Diana was an amazing host! Quick responses and clear check in and check out process. Place was as listed. Very clean, quiet environment, plenty of near by stores and food. Kitchen was fully stocked plus some, as well as the bathroom. I would recommend this listing to anyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting!
