I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! if ever a place earned a 1,000 stars, this is it! It's the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The decor is charming. the hosts were fabulous and attentive. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could desire. The view is great and there is so much to do on the grounds. We enjoyed pickleball a walking around the lake. We spent a lovely evening around a campfire made from the amply stocked wood pile. No attention to detail was spared and everything was impeccably clean. I have stayed at Air Bnbs all over the country and this one tops them all! I know this is a place I will be returning to over and over again.

Bill is the super host of super hosts. Despite some trying circumstances for each of us, he was the epitome of grace, kindness, friendliness, and caring. He really makes me feel like family. Me and my dogs. I felt so welcome in such an amazing house. Bill thank you as always.

From the moment we sat down our first afternoon to relax and eat lunch in the living room we felt nothing but peace. As we ate a handful of birds and a few squirrels played outside the window by the bird feeder. This set the tone for the stay. The place is gorgeous and homey with tons of unique accent pieces. The kitchen and bath are up to date and have all of the modern conveniences you’d expect, while still maintaining the charm from the rest of the house. Eden was super quick to respond to all of my messages on the app. Checking in and out was really easy and convenient. Great place to stay and relax!

We felt like we were in a hallmark movie! Super cute home right on the lake. We could hear the water when the sliders were open and it was very quiet when they were closed. Home was comfortable and welcoming. Clean and had all the things we needed. The owner Jim is just a cool guy! We were in town for work and we really looked forward to coming home every night. We had a great stay at this home. Very clean, very comfortable. Host was helpful and responsive at all times. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the area.

Stayed here with a group of mom/daughters for a cheer competition and the house did not disappoint. Lots of space/room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house and landscaping is adorable. There is water on both side of the house so you really can hear the waves crashing at night. The weather was less than ideal but we still enjoyed everything this house had to offer. Would definitely return!

This house it great! It’s super cute, very comfortable, a great place to stay in and do nothing or to go visit wineries. The buzz are extremely comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The host Even left us a bottle of wine and snacks. They couldn’t make it any easier.

This was a great place to stay right by the water. It was a wet and rainy weekend when we were there but no shift at the house!

We had a wonderful trip at the Airbnb. Marcy was a wonderful host and the lake/surroundings were beautiful! The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. We were able to have a lovely fire on the first night and go kayaking on the second day as well. The property was peaceful and the people (and dog Shaggy) were very friendly and accommodating. My now fiancé found the property so beautiful that this was where he proposed to me. After such an amazing weekend, we will definitely be returning! Thank you again Marcy for such an amazing experience!

Dear John.... Cozy Comfy Curious. If any of those aren't you, then I encourage you to expand your horizons and come have an Eye Spy unplugging on the apron of Leesville Lake. Walk the maze of tiny roads and transport randomly through time from now to then and back. Safe, friendly community. We enjoyed the switch from the suburbs. Our drive home up the curvy roads made us wonder how necessary is the strip mall corner RX, and et al really....the cabin is like a magic laso for your heart and soul. A longer toilet is all i ask....but its a heritage vibe...i get it. Thanks John!

This place was great! We went for my husband's birthday and we loved kayaking and walking to the beach. We made s'mores at the fireplace and sat near the dock in the morning to have coffee and tea. Lots of cute fish, birds, bunnies in the area. We can't wait to come back to Kingsville and we would stay here again!!

Stephens place was great! We had a nice, quiet, and peaceful weekend away. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and just being able to have a break from real life. ❤️

We love Molly’s little cottage on their wonderful farm. It is so peaceful and the surrounding area is so beautiful and private. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a more well equipped kitchen….anything you could possibly need is provided! The hosts are so friendly and responsive, while also completely respecting your privacy. We definitely hope to stay again in the future. Truly one of our favorite airbnbs! =)

The cabin was a perfect layout for our large family graduation celebration. Everything we needed and lots of room to spread out. The large kitchen farm table was a huge gathering spot, as well as the covered front porch (very useful as it rained nearly our entire stay). Mike and Amy made it even better by being highly responsive to our needs, ensuring a memorable event.

This is our third stay and it’s always so incredible, third time! This tiny home overlooking the scenic Mahoning River has become the place my husband and I go to unwind. The mere thought brings my BP down. ME really put a lot of thought into this build, tiny but not lacking anything, high end appointments too.

We had a great stay at the cabin! We even had to change our initial reservation and they were quick to accommodate us!! Beautiful setting and cozy space. Nice yard and river view. Thanks for the wine and pumpkin bread!!

Jenny's place was great. Had everything we needed, and very quiet. The surroundings are like a bird sanctuary. It's private but not secluded, their residence is about 500 feet away from the cabin. But they have taken measures to make it feel private. Literally the only drawback is the driveway. She did warn us before getting there that it was in need of repair, but bad is an understatement. It is almost undrivable especially if you are in anything lower than a minivan. We went 2 miles an hour and still bottomed out in some places. Just beware!! But overall great stay!

We definitely enjoyed the beautiful cabin and grounds, as well as the Pool Table, Slot Machine, Golden Tee Golf Game, Theater Room, Hot Tub, and all the other amenities. The beautiful Peacocks and Cats were also great to see. The Scavenger Hunt was enjoyed by all our guests. Alan and Laura were very responsive to our needs and are great hosts. The cabin was well stocked with anything we needed and we had a great time.

We had a great time the place was really clean and we enjoyed the outdoors. the pond has a lot of fish but they’re not really big. we hope to be back again!
