Casa Fabiola is nestled right on the Long Island Sound. Just 1.5 hours from the city, the cottage is a perfect getaway to recharge and rejuvenate. Wind down with something to drink by the indoor fireplace. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the tranquility awhile you grill dinner. Or walk 4 blocks to the beach and watch the sunset. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The second bathroom is in our utility closet so please excuse the stored supplies. Minimum age of booking guest: 21 yrs old.

This unique cottage is walking distance to stores and the gem of the community, the Frank Melville Park/Bates House. A five minute drive to Stony Brook University, Setauket Harbor, West Meadow Beach/Old Field Club, Stony Brook Village/Three Village Inn, with historic attractions like the Culper Spy Ring, Avalon Park, and Port Jefferson Village.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
