The property is just 15 minutes from New Haven, and the Yale campus. The Thimble Island cruise, and the Ct. river steam train/cruise are nearby as well.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in August/September/October stays). Firepit area is shared with Bouy Cottage.

Charming traditional & at the same modern cottage with hot tub and sauna, and a fireplace inside create a peaceful and private ambiance in close proximity to the waters of Three Mile Harbor. Located on a tranquil country lane this house lets you enjoy the serene and picturesque Springs neighborhood year-round. Child friendly with fun playhouse structure and Zip line. The landscaped garden is fully fenced in and pet friendly.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
