Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

We had a great weekend at the house, definitely will try to get back. We were able to find everything we needed, including bikes and beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrella). The host was very responsive and quick. Great location - one block away from the beach and just a short bike ride from the store.

We really loved staying here. Fantastic location, big patios, comfortable beds. Right by the beach. Grill, spices, speaker system indoor and big portable outdoor speaker. Two bathrooms, skylights... Big dining room table. Awesome spot! Thanks so much for having us.

This house in Point Lookout was lovely. Only steps away from the beach. Provided all the extras - bikes, chairs… Dan was a great host. We’ll definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic time at Rob’s place. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and to town. This is a very comfortable home that is well equipped with tons of towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. The back deck area is huge and adds a lot to the house. We loved the grill, hot tub and outdoor shower. We were able to bring our dog which is very important to us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Rob’s an amazing communicator. He was super responsive to us. Highest recommendation.

A Perfect Long Island Getaway! I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Long Island home. The property is truly stunning—it is nestled on a large pond with its own private waterfront and dockage. The views and relaxing atmosphere can't be put into words. We sipped our coffee by the water in the morning and really enjoyed the sunset from the deck. It truly felt like a retreat! The house itself is immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with the important amenities. From a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and stylish decor, it’s clear the owner put great care into making sure guests feel right at home. The location is amazing--secluded enough to enjoy nature and privacy, but still close to everything you might want to explore. Whether you're into boating, relaxing, or just soaking up beautiful surroundings, we were pleasantly surprised at all there was to offer. The host Joe was responsive and made the whole process seamless. We miss it already and can't wait to go back!

Christina’s place was amazing. It was in a very convenient location - mid way between the beach and the bustling downtown area with restaurants and bars alike! If you’re considering Ocean Beach, FI this is your place! Only recommendation would be a full length mirror and a few throw blankets as we were there for a wedding and it got chilly at night! We are already planning a trip back! We felt right at home and I think that’s important. Just book it - you won’t regret it.

The place is stunning. The views and being right on the beach is priceless. We stayed with two kids and a dog. Would want to buy the place that is how much we loved it! Everything is there as described and more. The piano was great for the kids! Chelsea is super helpful and nice. Finally again an AirBnB that feels like home.

Very very good Airbnb experience. The house is cosy, organized and well loved and the gardens/pool are serenely beautiful. It’s the perfect spot. I’d recommend highly.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

This is a perfect spot in a magical place. Honestly the photos don’t do it justice. The views from the house are stunning. The deck is incredible and I loved listening to ocean waves all day and night. My friends and I had a great time. Will definitely be back! Thanks again.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

We had such an incredible stay here! The home was beautiful, communication was excellent, check in was easy, and an early drop off of our bags was accommodated. Highly recommend and would love to return next year!

This airbnb was absolutely magical. The views are stunning! Dan and his team make you feel so well taken care of. Highly recommend him! Their recommendations of Daphne’s and Bagels and Brunch did not disappoint. If you feel like you need to recharge, this is a very special place. Looking forward to booking my return to this airbnb! Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

Had a delightful stay here. We mostly relaxed in the sun loungers in the garden and had a first bbq of the year on the little beach. It was very quiet and just a zip away from town

We’ve been coming to Fire Island every summer for over 10 years, but only recently started renting homes on Ocean Beach. The Fox House was a great spot to spend the week. Minutes from the beach and a nice ways from the bustle of the town, the home was cozy, well stocked, and most importantly, nice and cool! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and other supplies to make our time at the ocean care free and easy. The home was the perfect size for our family of 5, plus grandma! Our host was super responsive, often messaging me back within minutes. And when we left a valuable item behind, Jon quickly got back to us and arranged to have it shipped to us! All in all, would recommend and would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home. Easily accommodated three couples very comfortably. Very clean. Convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, attractions. Definitely recommend to others looking for a place to stay in this area on Long Island. Thank you!

This tiny, cozy space was exactly what we needed for an overnight place to relax and sleep, with a kitchen for us to make our coffee in the morning. We also felt we would have been quite comfortable there if we had needed to stay for a few days. The host was kind, responsive, friendly, respectful, and genuine. We will definitely stay here again. And the view! Gorgeous.

Joey’s Fire Island home was a great weekend getaway from the city! It’s really close to the ferry (~5-7 min walk) and even closer to the beach (right across the main road!). The house itself has a ton of natural light and patio space (which I can imagine will be *perfect* for summer) and the second bathroom was convenient for having multiple guests with us. As a host - Joey was super sweet to keep us updated on ferry times to ensure a smooth arrival, and is the #1 in-the-know person for all the best things going on. Future guests will adore him!

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as depicted, beautiful and clean. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. I would certainly book it again!
