Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of four, including two toddlers. The house was spotless, quiet, and just the right size—plus, it was super cute and cozy. The location couldn't be better: walking distance to the beach and plenty of nearby spots, and just a short 10-minute drive to places like State Street and the Public Market. James was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I’m already recommending this place to all our friends and family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara!

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The space was super cute, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean, with clear instructions for check-in and an easy checkout process. The place felt private, had great amenities, and the overall aesthetic was beautiful! I was really happy with the vibe. The only thing that caught me off guard was the gardener situation. While Charity did let me know they’d be coming sometime between 11 AM and 3 PM and mentioned they’d only stay for a couple of minutes, they ended up staying closer to 20 minutes. At one point, I thought they had finished and left, but they came back unexpectedly. I was also under the impression they’d be on the side of the house, but they came into the backyard where the outdoor bathtub and sauna is, without any entry warning. It just made things feel a little less private during that window of time. That being said, everything else about my stay was truly great, and I’d still recommend !

The house has a spacious interior, the bed was comfy, the place was really clean, and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Easy to get to and conveniently located for an event I was attending in Calabasas.

Clean space , felt like home & very private area . Host made it very easy for check in and flexible with the check out hours . I would recommend and would stay again !

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Great home especially for 7 of us. Plenty of comfy seating and beds were comfortable as well. We enjoyed the back patio and had fun putting around the putting green. It was very clean and decorated so nicely I loved everything about this place… and so did the rest of the family. Thanks David.

It was great space- large, clean, comfortable - for our visit to Channel Islands NP. Our only slight feedback was the street parking and leaving most of our stuff in the car. We weren’t sure if we could safely do that in the neighborhood. He assured us it was fine but we hauled our stuff in just in case.

This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
