Ana was absolutely lovely, she waited us with some juice and biscuits upon arrival, also gave us some local gifts before we left.. she truly made sure that we are having a great time! The apartment is clean and well equipped, it has a nice balcony as well. Everything was perfect especially for its price I highly recommend it! Thank you again for the hospitality! :)

beautiful location and lovely house with a very nice swimming pool. host is very kind (and his dog too :)) and always ready to help and support. I recommend this house for families with kids.

Slavka's place looks pretty much like the photos. The location is conveniently placed near a local supermarket and near a small beach. Overall Slavka was a wonderful host, very accommodating.

Everything was great! Great location, nice place, cozy apartment, well furnished kitchen, balcony with a beautiful view, the leisure room was very good, played a lot of billiard, table football and darts, while children were sleeping in the apartment. It is near the beach suitable for children, there are restaurants and playgrounds in the area, a very long shore where to walk next to the beach. Ideal for parents with small children.

Wir haben tolle Tage in dem schönen Apartment verbracht! Alles äusserst sauber und die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse. Schöner Blick und man hat seine Ruhe, sofern man das möchte ;-). Petar ist sehr gut erreichbar und reagiert sofort, sobald man ein Problem hat oder etwas benötigt. Ein klasse Gastgeber! Der Ort ist sehr nett und fussläufig oder auch mit dem Rad ist alles super erreichbar. Gute Lokale, gutes Essen usw. Rundum also absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Zum ersten mal habe ich eine so breiter Ausstattung erlebt. Uns erwartete nach Check-in Wein, eine Fleischplatte mit Brot und vieles weitere. Sehr höflicher Gastgeber. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Die Ferienwohnung von Sanja ist sehr schön,sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Alles was man braucht um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen und seinen Urlaub zu genießen.Freundliche Gastgeber,nette Begrüßung .Es wurde sich sofort gekümmert wenn etwas fehlte. Toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht,direkt am Strand . Wir können diese Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Danke an Sanja und Lado das wir eure Gäste sein durften. l

Beautiful apartment, overlooking to water, right next to a swimming spot, restaurant and supermarket. The facilities were brand new and in great condition and the apartment was super clean! Host was so friendly and helpful and even baked us some cake before me left! Would love to return one day!

It was very pleasant to communicate with Dunja. She did everything to be as helpful as possible. The house is big, super clean, furnished with a taste. The beds are comfortable. We appariciate the quiet neighborhood surrunden with local people. The terrace is top - there is an oven and nice sitting, small garden with herbs. Most of the Preko spots - restaurants, beaches, shops, rentals are aprox 20minutes walking from the house. If you considering other villages in Ugljan, Preko is the Best, i am glad we did not choose other ones. And you can get easily to Zadar if you miss bustling city. I highly recommend !

Ivan jest niezwykle przyjaznym i komunikatywnym właścicielem. Na miejscu było wszystko czego potrzeba aby poczuć się jak w domu, zdecydowanie polecam !

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Modern and spacious apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a complete kitchen, internet, air conditioning, a full bathroom, a washing machine, and a spacious bedroom. The apartment is ideally located. Sanja is an attentive and flexible hostess.

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

What a find! Our flight was delayed 3 hours, so we didn’t arrive until 3.30am. Our host Marijana was up and waiting for us. We were made to feel so welcome. Toni also took us to the supermarket the next day. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The apartment/villa was big and spotless. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Lovely big shower. Towels provided for both shower and beach towels. We stayed on the ground floor - huge patio and a few steps to the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. It is open from 9am to 10pm. Lovely and warm and the furniture around the pool was really comfortable. We didn’t hire a car. It is about 30 minutes walk into Zadar Centre but only 5 € in an Uber. We loved Zadar but the accommodation is what made the holiday so fantastic. You rarely find hosts as lovely as Mirjana and Toni. Always on hand and they even made us a lovely breakfast on our last day. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
