Accesso al mare alle cale 300 mt alla cala di Mare Morto e ad 1 km alla cala delle Cannelle raggiungibili a piedi ed in auto. Parcheggio privato e recintato. la casa si trova a 15 minuti in auto da Porto Santo Stefano dove si trovano i servizi, ristoranti, ecc. SPESE A PARTE DI LUCE 35€ settimanale. WI FI e ARIA CONDIZIONATA. TASSA SOGGIORNO 2 EURO a persona giornaliere.

Le Cannelle - La finestra sul Mare

Riscopri il piacere del tempo accompagnato dal rumore delle onde. La casa è situata al primo (e ultimo) piano di un incantevole palazzetto con affaccio diretto sulla spiaggia delle Cannelle, a soli 10 mt dall’ingresso dell’appartamento! L’immobile è all’interno del comprensorio in cui è situato il noto “Cannelle Club”. I nostri ospiti avranno quindi la possibilità di fruire, esclusivamente come clienti, del servizio bar e ristorante delle Cannelle Club.

La casa è la dépendance di una villa monofamiliare ed è dotata di aria condizionata. Accesso indipendente vista panoramica, giardino con zona esterna arredata. Camera con letto matrimoniale, zona living con divano letto da una piazza e mezzo e cucina completa di lavastoviglie. Si trova a 100 metri dal mare e a pochi km da Porto Santo Stefano, la posizione è ideale per raggiungere le spiagge Giannella e Feniglia.

The apartment is located between maremma pine forest and sea. The access to the Rocchette beach is in front of the house just 5 minutes by walk in the pine forest. You can reach also the historical of village Castiglione della Pescaia in 10 min with the shuttle or a car (the bus stop is in front of the house, shuttles run every 20 minutes until 00.30). A very suitable place for someone who loves nature and silence

Casa Saraceno

View on stunning bay with Roman remains below sea water and sandy beach. 2 minute walk from harbour, yet in a silent corner. Waves gently break on the beach at night. Scuba diving, walks and excellent food. The house can host 6 people, but we prefer 4. In any case if you are more than 4 please tell us : you will pay 10 euros for each extra person and we'll give towel and bed linen for them.
