We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Serena ed Alessandro sono stati gentilissimi nell'anticipare il check-in, nonostante l'avessimo programmato più tardi. Sono stati anche molto disponibili nell'indicarci dei posti da visitare e ristoranti dove poter mangiare alcuni piatti tipici. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e spazioso, posizionato in pieno centro di San Vincenzo. Situato davvero a pochi passi dal mare e dalla via principale piena di locali, dove è possibile passeggiare e sperimentare ogni giorno un posto nuovo.

Fabrizio is an absolute gem and a gentleman of the highest order. We have stayed in many AirBNB’s, but he is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. I love this guy, and if I lived here, I would make it a point to have him over for Sunday dinner. He picked us up at the train station, took us to the location and gave us a tour. He took us to the port the next morning for our sailing. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities for feeling right at home. The cobblestone streets and building styles gave a true old-world European feel. Local businesses are as you might expect in a port town, but are much less extortionist than many places. It’s quaint and warm and walkable. I loved this place, this host and this town. If it wasn’t 5000 miles away from us, we’d come here all the time. If there is a single drawback, it’s this: the apartment is right above multiple bars and restaurants. It was loud long into the night with raucous revelers drinking and dining.

Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole come da descrizione adatto a 2/3 persone. Completamente ristrutturato e moderno. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e molto comodi (le foto secondo me non gli rendono giustizia perché è molto più carino e abitabile). Situato nella piazza principale permette di raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi meta e il box privato è fondamentale per potersi spostare con l’auto senza problemi di parcheggio. In più è possibile vedere il palio marinaro dalla finestra. Host gentile e disponibile

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Statin Asian Vincenzo was amazing, made even more amazing by these accommodations. The place is beautiful and super clean. Everything you need from kitchen ware to beach towels were in this unit. The hosts were kind, friendly and oh so helpful with everything we needed. We will return to this place again.

El alojamiento fue espectacular, todo estuvo de maravillas!. Homaira fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre amable, dedicada y preocupada para que todo este bien. Realmente me sentí como en mi casa. Sin lugar a dudas volvería a este increíble Departamento.

Excellent location with a great view of the water. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to train station, city centre and cruise post. Loved the balcony.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Teresa è una perfetta padrona di casa, fornisce immediatamente tutte le informazioni necessarie per potersi destreggiare nel paese, servizi, ristornanti spiaggie!!! È sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La location è stupenda, vicina al centro con una vista mare mozzafiato. Grazie di tutto Teresa!!!!

Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

Nous avons été accueillis par Cinzia et une autre personne parlant bien anglais pour les explications. Le logement était parfaitement propre et rangé. Un style un peu rétro et authentique mais avec tout ce qu’il faut. Il est situé au fond d’une petite allée derrière d’autres logements. Il est à 10 minutes à pieds de la première plage et 2 minutes du petit supermarché. La climatisation est un vrai plus étant donné les températures de l’été. Cinzia est une hôte accueillante et réactive.

L abitazione è una posizione strategica vicino al centro ma troppo, stazione vicina x chi ha bisogno del treno, vicinissima alla spiaggia. La casa è in ottimo stato ben organizzata anche per chi va con più famiglie..apprezzatissimo le stoviglie per bambini vaschetta seggiolone bagnetto vasino lettino e fasciatoio x bambini! 🔝 spazio esterno molto apprezzato e ben curato! Da ritornarci sicuramente!!

Casetta stupenda. Posto stupendo. Mare stupendo. Le mie canine sono state benissimo! Io pure, in modalità relax. È il posto perfetto. Pineta dietro, mare davanti! Tutto perfetto.

Elena ist eine freundliche stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie war für uns immer zu erreichen und hat stets weitergeholfen, wenn wir Fragen oder Wünsche hatten. Ihre hübsche, gut ausgestattete Wohnung tut ein übriges, von der herrlichen Lage mit dem tollen Garten und wunderschönen Blick ganz zu schweigen. Wir können Elena und ihre Wohnung rundum empfehlen.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Posizione pazzesca. E' totalmente in centro. L'alloggio è nella parte pedonale di San Vincenzo ma i parcheggi sono comodi ed a due minuti a piedi. E anche se la casa è in centro non subisce il rumore della gente. Anzi. La casa è carina e funzionale. Cose non troppo apprezzabili: avendo soggiornato con l'inizio di settembre il traffico ferroviario aumenta e nella stanza matrimoniale si sente abbastanza. Fino al 1/9 i passaggi erano decisamente ridotti. La doccia scarica male, peccato. Però è un problema semplice da risolvere. Il bagno è nel centro dell'appartamento ed è cieco. C'è una ventola per il ricambio d'aria ma non sempre basta soprattutto se gli ospiti sono numerosi. Però nell'appartamento non manca veramente nulla e Massimo è superdisponibile in tutto.

Therese was there to meet us and we were very happy with the apartment. Exactly as described and close to everything. Do not miss the chance to walk the area at night. It is so beautiful. Mylord Restaurant is very close and it had the best crab sauce gnocchi I have ever had. So delicious. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the description is very accurate. I was truly impressed by Micaela's hospitality. She offered to pick us up at the airport when we arrived for a reasonable fee. She offered to take us for dinner, showed us where some of the popular spots were. she made us feel at home and cared for.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

Casa accogliente e piacevole, ben fornita di tutto. All'arrivo buona pulizia. Ottima posizione, vicino alla pineta e le spiagge. Abbiamo passato una quindicina di giorni molto piacevoli. Host reattiva e disponibile.

Dès l'arrivée Sandra a été accueillante. L'appartement est bien situé et très propre. Nous n'avons jamais eu d'appartements aussi propre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La cuisine est bien équipée. Sandra nous a très bien conseillé pour les restaurants et visites. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Maria ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, der das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Sie war bestens erreichbar und fragte auch selbst nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ihre Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet. Obwohl nicht von ihr angegeben, verfügt sie über einen Balkon/eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Für den Start des Aufenthalts ist ein Grundstock an Lebensmitteln vorhanden, die Küche bietet alles erforderliche an Geräten und Werkzeugen fürs Kochen und sogar backen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß - die zahlreichen Ventilatoren haben es uns dennoch ermöglicht, uns wohlzufühlen. San Vincenzo ist ein toller Ort für einen Badeurlaub, Strände sind sowohl fußläufig als auch nach kurzer Autofahrt erreichbar. Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 3 und 5 Jahre alt) hatten eine schöne Zeit.
