Ein gedeckter Parkplatz ist inkl. und die Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge ist direkt vor dem Haus. Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen grossen Gasgrill sowie einen Tisch mit Stühle und einen Hängesessel zum entspannen. Zu Fuss ist es ca. 10min zur Piazza Grande.
