You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Spacious living room, kitchen and a workspace on the floor above. Max 30 mins into the center of Stockholm by public transport.

From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Lovely villa next to forest. 5 decks, 4 min walk to a glacial lake through the trees. Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
