Villen als Ferienunterkünfte in Ostuni

Rossella our guest angel was brilliant before we even arrived. She helped me plan our vacation with helpful suggestions and guidance. She also organised some balloons for my daughter’s 5th birthday which was so thoughtful. And our plane was delayed but she still let us at the trullo to provide helpful advice about the property (and had organised some breakfast stuff because of our late arrival). During the holiday she was always available to answer questions and sort out our trivial issues promptly. I cannot speak highly enough of Rossella. The property is delightful; peaceful location, surrounded by olive groves and the pool was brilliant for our return in the afternoon. Location wise it is fantastic; short distance to Monopoli, Alberobello etc (and supermarkets!) with longer drive to Cisternino/Locorotondo and fabulous Matera. We also spent a morning at Faslandia, which was fun for kids (although not a huge fan of safari parks). BBQs in the warm evenings absolutely perfect!

Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments à la Villa Due Trulli, dans un site magnifique au milieu des oliviers et cultures, calme et ressourçant, à quelques minutes de Polignano A Mare. Spyros offre une villa très bien rénovée, bien équipée, avec cette architecture magique des Trulli, avec toutes les commodités pour profiter de ce cadre exceptionnel (terrasse protégée, mobilier extérieur, chaises longues, piscine, barbecue) Spyros est un super hôte, très disponible qui répond à toutes nos questions très rapidement. Marica, qui nous accueille et gère la maison est également très disponible, répond égalent très rapidement et suggère même des visites alentour en soulignant les plaisirs gastronomiques à ne pas manquer ! Merci encore pour ce séjour Spyros, et Marica, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Et recommandons vivement !

Giuseppe ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und das Haus war sehr schön. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Großer eingezäunter Garten mit leckeren Früchten zum naschen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine riesige Schale voller Obst und Wasser. Giuseppe gibt viele Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge... Absolut empfehlenswert.

A really beautiful location to relax for a week with friends. Two beautiful cats were always wandering around as well which always helps! An excellent spot for large groups of friends and family.

Stupenda casa indipendente con tutti i confort. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il pezzo forte i materassi 🔝. Un mini market a due passi. Grazie a Mauro e la mamma,bellissima vacanza!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house had everything we could possibly need. On top of the beautiful house , the hosts went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations, transfers , reservations, and anything else we asked for . They were lovely! The pool , the washer and dryer, the kitchen gadgets , ice maker , olive oil , everything was better than expected! I would highly recommend this stay !

Nous avons été formidablement accueillis par la famille de Domenico. Le logement est conforme à la description et il est parfaitement équipé, notamment la cuisine où il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Nous y avons passé quelques jours. Il n’a pas fait toujours beau mais c’était un bonheur de pouvoir manger sur la grande terrasse. Domenico a été très disponible quand nous l’avons sollicité, il nous a donné de bonnes recommandations Enfin, la maison est plutôt bien situé par rapport aux points d’intérêts touristiques dans la Vallée d’Itria

Valentina er veldig hyggelig, ryddig og hjelpsom i kommunikasjonen. Villaen ligger skjermet plassert i en rolig olivenlund. Designet er moderne og utrustet med alt man trenger for oppholdet. Fantastisk å kunne plukke urter og grønnsaker fra kjøkkenhagen. Deilig uteareal med svømmebasseng.

Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Mario’s place was amazing! It was a gorgeous property with lots of confort and good taste. Mario and his team couldn’t be more helpful. Always a message away and loads of suggestions to fully enjoy the house and the surroundings. We were welcomed with very nice touches such as wine, and a few things to get us going without an immediate trip to the supermarket. The heated pool was a big plus to make the most of the end of October. We would highly recommend Mario’s house and our family of four would definitely come back if we are back in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul‘s house. The property is really spacious and is in reality even larger than it feels on the pictures. There is also quite a impressive view over the countryside and actually a lot more seaview than we expected. We were two families with 4-year old children and we had ample space together in the house and each family could enjoy a lot of private space as well. The kids loved to explore the garden and the pool. Paul was super proactive and helpful before our arrival and throughout the whole stay. We chose this place due to its heated pool and Paul even kept us up to date on the pool temperature multiple times before our arrival. Also, there is Domenico, the local helper, living in the neighboring town. He came to great us and was available on request if any help was required with the facilities. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Valentina was a wonderful host. She gave us a warm welcome at the Masseria and took the time to show us around. The property is stunning – spacious grounds, a beautiful garden, and plenty of charming spots to relax. I especially loved the rooftop with its little fireplace. Valentina was always quick to respond and even sent us a list of restaurant and activity recommendations ahead of time, which really helped us plan our short trip. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Casa Mamita is a classy property surrounded by olive trees. The pool was perfect, great size and fantastic position right at the heart of the land. Lots of nooks and cosy areas for people to chill, enjoy a drink, have fun. Kitchen is full of tools, pans, everything you need (second fridge was a great addition). Super clean property through out, hosts are very responsive. We loved everything about Casa Mamita. A car is a must since taxi around this location are very expensive

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Thibault’s place! Starting with great recommendations before arrival to easy check in and a place that’s even better than on the pictures. Amazing design, super clean, great amenities to spend a cozy night cooking at home and a lot of space to chill by the pool. Loved it and will come back for sure! Many thanks 🙏

La maison était fantastique et l’emplacement paradisiaque. L’accueil très amical et fort sympathique Nous voyageons souvent en Airbnb mais chez Valerio nous avons atteints les sommets tout était parfait et nous pouvons que recommander la maison de Valerio . Notre note est de 6 sur 5. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir chez Valerio.

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. Een prachtige accomodatie, bestaande uit 2 “ huizen”, voor ons ideaal omdat we reizden met onze dochter en haar vriend. Goede airco op slaapkamers. Keuken met alle benodigdheden. Maar vooral erg blij met de “ buitenkeuken”. Deze stond nog niet beschreven en was dus een aangename verassing! Compleet met grote amerikaanse koelkast met ijsblokjesmachine. Keuken is volgens mij nog niet helemaal “af”, maar kan dus alleen maar beter worden. Heerlijk zwembad, fijn zitje op terras. Bedden zijn wat aan de kleine kant , maar prima te doen. Plaatsen zoals Bari, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Brindisi, Matera, Lecce, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello prima te doen vanaf hier. Mooi strand in de buurt. Goede supermarkt op korte afstand. Monique regeerde telkens erg snel op onze vragen, gaf goede tips. Klein puntje van kritiek : dat je de verbruikte elektriciteit achteraf moet betalen. Dit staat wel duidelijk vermeld, dus was geen verassing. Tip: Ik zou 200 € bij de totaalprijs tellen .

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Das Grundstück ist außergewöhnlich. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (Luana) war hervorragend. Können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

We loved Villa Aurelia. It was clean and spacious and the grounds on which the property stands is expansive and lush with olive trees, which our two little dachshunds loved. We felt right at home and stayed for nearly a month. Sofia was wonderful, kind, and available. The home itself has so much character and we loved the privacy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the location is the perfect base in which to explore Puglia. We loved it and would come back and stay again. The standout was our lovely hostess Sofia who made sure we were always looked after. We bought some of the olive oil that they make and it is wonderful. Thanks very much for such a wonderful stay- it made our 6 weeks in Puglia magnificent.

Grotta Giulia is a large, modern, three-bedroomed villa ideally located for exploring Puglia. It is situated approximately 3 km northwest of Carovigno (less than 10 minutes by car) where there are a number of excellent restaurants and many supermarkets, bakeries, bars and coffee shops. The villa is not overlooked and creates a sense of calmness and privacy. Although there are other villas nearby, they were certainly not intrusive. The interior of the villa is clean, well equipped and extremely modern. The swimming pool is a good size and well maintained. Check-in was very straight-forward. On our arrival we were greeted and shown around the property. Throughout our stay the host Günter was very helpful and friendly and responded extremely promptly by text to our questions. If we return to Puglia, we would be very happy to rent this villa again.

Serge’s holiday home was wondeful and set in a very tranquil and beautiful area. It felt right like at home. We loved the garden, the pool area and the outdoor terrace and also the cute local cat that kept visiting us 😊. Overall, if you want a peaceful holiday in rural Puglia, we couldn’t recommend it enough!

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The villa is gorgeous, peaceful, quiet, and there is so much space! Everything about it feels authentic and special. We loved spending time by the pool in the sun. We stayed in September and the villa was nice and cool, even without the aircon on. Can confirm that there is a washing machine, clothes line, iron, hairdryer, wifi, and plenty of space for parking as listed. Andrea met us at the villa when we arrived and gave us a comprehensive tour, and was available at all times if we needed anything. I can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans les Pouilles ! Colleen est une hôte accueillante, gentille et toujours disponible si besoin. Le logement est impeccable, très bien entretenu, et les extérieurs… magnifiques ! C’est un très bel endroit paisible où on se sent bien. Le logement est très bien situé (quelques minutes en voiture de Cisternino, une dizaine de minutes de Alborebello, Locorontodo,…). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Colleen avec un magnifique panier rempli de spécialités italiennes des pouilles ainsi qu’un frigo également rempli de très bonnes choses ! Rien à redire, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! 😁 Un grand merci à Colleen & Stefano !

Großartig! Ein wunderschöner Garten mit zahlreichen ruhigen schönen Plätzchen, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann, samt Hängematte, Tischtennisplatte, Liegen, Parkbänken und Tischen, ein toller Pool, und ein sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten, von Waschpulver, Spülmittel, Olivenöl, eine Flasche Wein, ... - wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Gianvito war via Handy jederzeit ansprechbar und war bei Fragen und Problemchen stets schnell mit Hilfe zur Hand. Wir können die Unterkunft vollstens empfehlen!!! Insbesondere die zwei Wohnungen waren für uns wie geschaffen, man ist nah zusammen und hat dennoch sein eigenes Reich (wir waren mit Sohn und Großeltern dort).
