Ferienunterkünfte mit überdachter Terrasse in Otzias

Loutra is an excellent location to stay In Kythnos. Quite area walkable to the restaurants and bakery's ! the place is not very big but it was very clear with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and etc. we had an issue with the place but Demetrios solved it as soon as he could! the place is highly recommended!

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή με θέα το λιμάνι. Ήταν εύκολο να το βρούμε καθώς οι οδηγίες του οικοδεσπότη ήταν σαφές και απαντούσε σε όλες μας τις απορίες σχεδόν αμέσως, επαγγελματισμός και ευγένεια! Το σπίτι είναι καινούργιο, το βρήκαμε τακτοποιημένο και κάλυπτε όλες τις ανάγκες μας με το παραπάνω. Μεγάλη χώροι με πολύ αποθηκευτικό χώρο άνετο κρεβάτι και σαλόνι με ένα γωνιακό γραφείο για εργασία. Τηρούσε πλήρως καθαριότητα και υγιεινή, κάθε χώρος ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένος με τα απαραίτητα. Το προτείνω συγουρα σε όλους!

Το σπιτι ανταποκρίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και είναι πολύ καθαρό. Είναι μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλικός. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά για διαμονή.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Ένα σύγχρονο, καθαρό και προσεγμένο διαμέρισμα. Ήμασταν 4 άτομα και μείναμε απολύτως ευχαριστημένοι. Οι Demi και η Angie κατατοπιστικές και φιλικές, έτοιμες να απαντήσουν στις ερωτήσεις μας. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, στο κέντρο του Λαυρίου, με όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Tolle Unterkunft und Oksana verdient es ein Superhost zu sein. Strand ist toll für Familien und die Nähe zur Hafenstadt mit Fähre nach Kea oder zum Flughafen oder Athen super. Toller Mix aus Strandurlaub und Kultur. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.

This place is great! Is very nice, confortable, clean and spacious. The very large veranda and roof terrace (great views of the sea in front and mountain behind) was especially nice. 5 mins walk down to sea for swimming. We also tried 2 tavernas by the sea, they were excellent. And the hosts were really friendly and responsive. Overall its great value and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

How should I start... The place is located in the authentic side of Kea, the east side of the island. It was super peaceful and you have all the privacy you need, while being close to a tavern and a mini market. The garden outside, actually it's not just a garden, it's a huge piece of land, with many places to sit and relax, was so beautiful that we wanted to spend all our time there! At night, you could hear all the sounds of nature and look at the stars, while enjoying the amazing patio with a glass of wine! You need a car to go to the beach, but, that's the point! Be able to visit all the amazing beaches in the east side of the island, which are located between 10-20 minutes drive (a super normal distance for Kea). The house was very clean and it had all the amenities needed. The host was super responsive with a couple of requests we had. I strongly recommend this house and we will visit it again soon!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Bruni's Airbnb home in Greece. It was the perfect place for our group - my wife and I, our two kids, and my wife's brother and sister. We were all so comfortable and felt right at home. The location was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. The view of the sparkling sea from the home was simply breathtaking. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the balcony, taking in the stunning scenery. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The adults appreciated the open living area for us to all gather together. We cooked some lovely meals in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed them as a family. Overall, our stay with Bruni was truly delightful. She was a warm and gracious host, and we felt so welcomed in her beautiful home. We can't wait to come back the next time we're in Greece. It was the perfect home-away-from-home for our family vacation.

Beautiful area that is close to the airport. Argiris’s place was clean and simple. The road is quiet and area was quiet and peaceful. The view was spectacular!

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ όμορφος,φιλοξενος και περιποιημένος. Η περιοχή πολύ βολική για εξορμήσεις στο νησί. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και φιλόξενος Η θέα πολύ ομορφη!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa! Maria made everything incredibly easy to navigate, even doing multiple pickups for our party who came on separate ferries. The villa is located quite a ways up a mountain side, so walking is not recommended, however it is possible. Maria helped us find a great car for the weekend which made getting around the island way more accessible. I could go on for hours on why Maria is a wonderful host and I would 100% stay here again if given the chance. The views were even better in person and I consider myself so lucky to have had the opportunity to spend a weekend here. All around 10/10 experience!

Demi et Angie nous ont accepté pour une seule et courte nuit. Nous avons reçu de leur part, la veille de notre arrivée, une liste de bonnes adresses à proximité. Tous nos messages ont reçu une réponse rapide. L'appartement était fort joliment aménagé, fonctionnel et impeccable. Nous regrettons de n'avoir pas pu rester plus longtemps !

We only stayed one night to be ready for our early flight the next day, but the place is well equipped for longer stays. It has a nice sea view across the parking area and the neighbors were very friendly when I took up 2 parking places by mistake. Nikos was extremely helpful, responding to any requests within 1-2 minutes. Even off-season, there was a bakery and an open taverna a 3 minute walk away. We are grateful to Nikos for his kindness.

It was remote, but a real gem! Leto was able to get us into the house at the last minute as we had plans that canceled. The view was outstanding. We did not have a car, but a kind taxi driver got us there and offered to come get us at the end of the trip. Transportation is a must if you are going to be there a few days.
