The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The king-size and twin beds are solid oak and we offer a sofa-bed or 2 single airbeds, travel cot and highchair. Each floor has a bathroom inc a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen inc range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. Smart TV, WiFi and Netflix, separate dining room, pretty garden room and private garden with outdoor furniture.

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.
