Andrey was a great host. Super quick replies and very accommodating. We stayed for 3 weeks and his place met all our needs and the location is great. Also I highly recommend the steam room . We stayed during the month of March but this place would be a great destination in the summer months.

Derek was an excellent host, helped us check-in and then let us enjoy the property privately afterwards. A large property, very quiet and peaceful- we stayed for New Year's eve and Derek allowed us to check out late. Looks like it would be a wonderful property to stay at during the summer! The only slightly bad thing I could is that the outhouse may not be suitable for everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience Derek! I think it would be nice to stay again sometime during the summer!

This was our second year at Carrie and Dan's cottage and once again my family and I had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property which anyone would have fun at.

We had a fantastic stay at the Little Lake Lookout. The hosts thought of everything. There were three adults and three dogs in our group, and every single one of us had a fantastic time. The fenced-in play area gave us peace of mind to let the dogs run together, and the waterfront location was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the place was perfectly clean. Extra touches like fresh Kleenex boxes, the totally unexpected host gifts, and lots off towels ready at the door to wipe off the pups really made us feel at home. Coffee on the beach, enjoying a sauna and cold plunge, and having a campfire in the fire pit while the dogs played around us made for such a relaxing time. The separate room off the deck was a perfect spot for quiet & privacy when working. I planned to do a few hikes while I was up north, but we were so comfortable and content we didn't even leave the cottage. I guess we'll have to go back. I would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Kenneth's spacious penthouse in Barrie, Ontario. The space featured two bedrooms, a luxurious sauna and massage room, a huge bathroom, dining room and an amazing living area. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to get creative and prepare delicious meals. Lots of windows offering great light. The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. In fact, we were having such a wonderful getaway we decided to extend it by an additional night. Be sure to enjoy at least 1 or 2 meals at the Farmhouse Restaurant. The food is fabulous, the service is excellent, and the location simply can't be beat. Thank you for providing us with such a fantastic experience. We're already looking forward to visiting again!

This place is a real treasure! The sandy beach is gorgeous out front. Lots of outdoor seating space. I liked that it was surrounded by trees at the back but open to the water and sand in the front. It's cozy and the kitchen has everything you need. I loved the fireplace and the beds and couch were comfortable. I was there in April and it was very quiet.... I didn't see anyone on the beach or around it. It is a short drive to great hiking and a grocery store that has all you need. I would definitely return!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The location, the amenities, the surroundings - everything was near perfect. The host, Matt, was the icing on the cake. He was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and was always looking out to ensure we had a good time at the property. This is pretty close to Tobermory and Lion’s Head lookout, has bikes and kayaks available and the kitchen has all the amenities. Would love to visit again!

Great place in a beautiful location! Perfect for our two families to get together and enjoy the outdoors in winter. The kitchen is well-supplied and it’s great to have towels and sheets provided. Carrie is friendly, flexible and well organized. Thanks so much!

My stay at Bakraam’s place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The home was spotless, cozy, and just as described—if not better! Being so close to the beach and nearby attractions made the location perfect for both relaxation and exploring. Bakraam was an exceptional host. He personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us arrange the BBQ, which made our stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, he went out of his way to shovel the snow, ensuring the area was safe and hazard-free—such a thoughtful touch! I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with a top-notch host, this is the place to book. I’ll definitely be returning

Had a small bachelor party here recently and I couldn’t be happier! The hosts are the kindest and most helpful people ever! They went above and beyond and were always making sure we had everything. They gave recommendations on where to go and what to do, but they were also respectful of our time and space. Karen and Russell were very gracious hosts, it is a basement apartment but it wasn’t too loud upstairs and we were as quiet as we could be without restricting our own fun. The area is great and even the neighbours were nice and friendly. There’s lots to do around, and it’s not far from the village, where there’s more to do. I will be coming back with my wife and son, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a decent priced accommodation in a lovely area.

My friends and I had a great stay! Tony was really helpful with accommodating our requests and we all had a really good time. Would love to visit again.

Lovely lovely place. Sitting on the deck watching over the blue waters of the bay - dreamy! Kids had fun at the beach and in the pool. Highly recommend.

Idyllic gem on Georgian bay. Perfect for a small family getaway by the lake. The resort pool is a big plus for the kids. Beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. Jefferson is a great host. Very friendly and responsive. He kindly accommodated our request.

Definitely will be booking again. Very relaxing!

The apartment is presented well in the photos. We loved our stay and the access to the lake and pool. Homeowner was quick to respond by sms. It’s important to know that the “third” bedroom is an open loft space, doesn’t work if you need a 3rd room with a bed and a door and all that but does work if you know what to expect. We were not provided enough towels or any hand towels, in a place with 3 bathrooms. We did find that a bit odd. Either than that great stay.

This place is in a still location right by the water. It’s just like described. We could hear the waves on the shoreline from our beds. It was a so peaceful and private. The cottage had everything we needed. The cute garden gnomes all around the property were adorable. We enjoyed watching the stars while sitting by the firepit. We went in the fall so it was cool out, but I’m sure the kayaks and water toys would be amazing in the warm season. We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing stay! It was our second time staying and everything was perfect. It’s a cozy cottage with an at-home feel. Set the pilot light in the gas fireplace for us and let me know in advance, and offered to come pick up chairs after a windstorm the night before our stay. Very lovely host with a very speedy response time and a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay at Zeshan's place! The house was amazing — everything was working perfectly, it was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, making our nights very restful. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. We were also able to go hiking in the area and enjoyed canoeing on the nearby lake. The goat is very friendly and responsive and made us feel very welcome It was a perfect getaway, and we would definitely love to come back!

This a fabulous place to stay. It is so beautifully curated so that even though it is not a large space the hosts have included everything you need. There is a very, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, games,a great entertainment system, and its steps from the beach. If you like to walk you can easily access trails as well as the main strip. Such a beautiful place! We spent a wonderful 4 days in this peaceful spot. A nice hot tub under the winter stary sky was a great bonus. The inside of this cottage was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It is modernly decorated as well as comfortable. A great spot for a family gathering or romantic get a way for two. Highly recommended!

Frank is very responsive and helpful! Just Loafin is beautiful, clean, and spacious! Not just my teenage kids, even my wife and myself enjoyed so much using the trampoline and kayak. The lakeview was amazing and the water was so clear! The tennis court is very well maintained. Roasted marshmallows in bonfire was a highlight! We felt totally ok without wifi as there were so much to do. The pictures didn't exegerate how big the living room is! It's huge! Very comfy couches to relax and lots of sitting areas for meals. We had 7 people so 2 bath and 1 powder room really helps. This cottage is in a nice and quiet area, at the same time it's close to the city for grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, and parks. We had definitely created a lot of wonderful memories here. Thank you so much!

We had a great time! Lots of water toys for the kids (kayaks, paddle boards etc). Walking distance to playground and town. Fishing was fun and beautiful scenery from our front window. We can’t wait to go back :)

Jane was an amazing host with a beautiful home and peaceful, gorgeous waterfront garden. She was responsive even before we got there with local recommendations and while we were there as well. She ensured we had everything we needed and really opened up her home to us. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the region!
