Maggie's Place

Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Unique Cabin in the Mulberry River Valley

Spring Mountain Cabin is a small cabin (16ft×12ft - MAX CAPACITY TWO PEOPLE NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 10). We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. Guest experience is our top priority; with owners less than 10 mins. away, we are here to help if you need it! A private "duplex" style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista's Back 40. Women of the Woods is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes. No cats, no exceptions.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Lil Cabin on Little Red River

This riverfront cabin is an intimate little hideaway with authentic character. Our one room cabin has River access and Riverview, sleeping space for four people on a queen size bed and queen size futon. A full kitchen with quality cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, electric range with oven and fully stocked coffee bar. The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it. THE CABIN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!

Sumerset Cottage

Sumerset Cottage was specifically designed to offer a place of calm and peaceful relaxation. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.

Timberlake Cottage, Beaver Lake, Eureka Springs

Timberlake Cottage. Your own little paradise just outside Eureka Springs. Small cottage on ridge above Beaver Lake 10 miles west of Eureka. Adjacent to but separate from main house which was originally built to replicate an Irish cottage. Studio style cottage includes bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Outdoor bbq grill & seating. Private deck, secluded 6 acre setting at end of private road.
