Secluded "Heaven": soaker tub, sauna, sunset view

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access. Regretfully no kids under 12 or pets.

The Cottage: Luxurious Getaway!

Escape to luxury at this private cottage with indoor 17-ft swim/spa, sauna, and steam shower. Sleeps up to 10 with beds, air mattresses, and convertible furniture. Enjoy a fenced patio, fire pit, robes, slippers, face masks, Nespresso, and more. Perfect for a romantic getaway, group stay, or small event (max 15). Includes kitchen, lounge areas, smart tech, and walkable access to downtown Eudora. No pets. Quiet hours 10p–8a. Swim at your own risk. Property is not child-proof.

Surrounded by tranquil nature, you will be at peace. The home is centrally located near several marinas for great fishing and boating, with plenty of parking for boats and trailers.
