We love this place! Everything was the same as shared in the pictures in the listing, and the whole house/apartment was very clean and complete with essentials. The beds were comfy and there were 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families and huge friend groups. The hosts were very responsive as well and nice and easy to talk to. Location was amazing — we had a coffee shop right below us, and the coffee was perfection. There are a lot of cute local boutique shops as well as local restaurants around the neighborhood that we had a hard time choosing which ones to prioritize lol. We're also pretty close to the airport and the old city. All in all, an amazing stay! Thank you so much for the wonderful hosts.

This place quickly became one of my favorite spots in this planet. It is an incredibly beautiful place that becomes even more beautiful as the day goes by. Very thoughtful design. Adam is very kind and welcoming. Amazing place for people who enjoy nature. A very peaceful hidden gem. Bonus points for filtered water in the kitchen, the rowing machine and the lovely family dog Truffles!

One of the most unique Airbnbs we have ever stayed in - such a cool property! It is actually much larger inside than we expected. The elevated deck was perfect in the evenings. Many restaurants, temples, etc very close by - everything is walkable but you’re tucked back in a side road with no traffic. We would definitely stay again - we felt right at home in this clean and private home.

Our family had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at Jitrada’s place. It is a very special place which surrounded by trees. We also love the Lana style rooms. Overall, we had a great stay. Jitrada was very responsive and helpful, which made us feel at home. I would recommend this place to everyone who wishes to stay in Chiang Mai.

My wife grew up in Chiangmai and we've travelled back to visit family and friends more than 25 years. We have stayed in guest houses, hotels, condos, and private homes. K. Askorn's house is the best! This trip we sought a peaceful / relaxing location outside the city center to really enjoy Thai living with family and friends. It is still close ( 15 min) for visits to town. K. Askorn's home was perfect! She is a terrific person/host! The home and amenities exceeded our expectations. Stocked with essentials, "move in ready," internet service very fast, 50 " TV, dining table for 6 people, full-size washing machine, covered outside drying area and for parking. Neighborhood is safe & friendly. Shopping close by. Transportation easy via GRAB, or BOLT. Good local restaurants with local prices for dine in or delivery via GRAB or MealsOnWheels. If you are considering living in Thailand for more than a short vacation don't miss the opportunity to stay in this home! It is a gem!

We had two wonderful weeks in this house, and it felt like home. The house was clean and beds felt like in 5 star hotels. kitchen is great and it equipped with modern appliances Su and Alex respond to all of our requests in a very short time. The neighbourhood is quite and its 3 minutes from two big shopping centers. The house is also 15 minutes drive from old town. if you are looking for a house to stay with your family, don't hesitate, its a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Mary and Jona’s Villa! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful area. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. I truly felt at home. I highly recommend staying with them if you’re visiting Chiang Mai. Thanks again for everything I’d definitely love to come back someday!

Incredible location, walking distance from One nimman and many 7-11s. Many other cool cafes and restaurants are located just a stone throw away. John was very patient with all my queries. The place was well equipped for our needs. All the appliances worked well. The washer was a saviour. The place even had an air purifier. Made us worry less about the burning season. Overall a very comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed the amenities (gym, sauna, rooftop pool, etc.) listed by Khun Seua. They are very responsive with our concerns during our stay. The place is very near the night bazaar which worked well with our schedule; after a day of tour, we can just walk to the night market. It is also near the airport (10-12mins).

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

The house is beautiful and well equipped. You have to walk quite a bit to reach the center, but there are several temples and friendly locals on the way so it's not a big deal. There’s plenty of privacy but if you need something, the host and her warm and friendly mother is there to help you. The laundry service is fast and very affordable. There is a tap with drinking water that I haven't seen anywhere in Thailand. A plenty of love and ideas were put into this place and you can feel it. I'd recommend this accommodations to anybody who is willing to walk a bit for the extra tranquility.

The unit was great and well outfitted. We loved how close it was to the sites of Chiang Mai. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was super clean and we had a wonderful stay!

The listing: Clean, spacious and very conveniently located—you could walk to One Nimman and other night markets! The host: Meena is very attentive and helpful! Meena also gave clear instructions, amenities (important for incoming guests so we can pack beforehand!) and both check in and check out were smooth. Can’t recommend Meena and her listing enough if you want to chill in Chiang Mai!

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Very clean and had all the essentials. Sheets and pillows looked and felt as though they were brand new. Apartment was modern! Host was responsive and was able to provide help with all our questions. Overall was a lovely stay 🙏 Highly recommend!

I stayed here for one month while working remotely here in Chiang Mai! I really enjoy the area around Chang Khlan road too, it’s close enough to both local and more “touristy” things to do as well. The apartment is well equipped for working remotely too, the WiFi is fast and there’s a nice table to work at as well. Staying at the Astra is quite nice as well. I enjoy the pool here as well as the gym and used both often. A bit of noise here and there, as many people stay here for shorter durations, but nothing out of ordinary. Would recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai!

I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed from coffee to water to snacks. Lin went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and addressed all of my questions promptly. The service was exceptional.

We had a great stay with Chomsamorn! Check-in was super easy, they provided clear instructions, and the place looked just like the photos. It was clean, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The laundry setup was really handy, and we used the balcony to hang clothes to dry. AC worked really well, and the bed was comfy after long days out and about. Bathroom was super clean—only thing was the hot water didn’t get very hot, but the water pressure was perfect. The building itself is really nice, though some lobby maintenance meant we had to use the service elevators. Not a big deal, just something to note. We used the pool twice during our stay and it was super clean with gorgeous views from the rooftop. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone in Chiang Mai.

Very friendly host and recommended some places for dinner places with nice views on request. Places is very accessible and easy to go around. Private and no noise disturbance. Recommended

I am very happy with our stay. Wonderful apartment, lovely rooftop bar and good gym. Very good location of the apartment. Golf was an excellent host and always helped us, we got to check in early and check out late with just a small fee. Would stay here again!
