The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious with hot tub. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! Neskowin has a good wine/deli/market on site. Please reference pictures to see the trundle bed twin + last pic for location off US Hwy 101.

The main house has two bedrooms with double beds. The Compass Rose room is detached and featuring a king-sized bed and a half bath. The main bathroom has been completely renovated.
