The upstairs bedroom contains a queen size bed, TV, half bathroom, private balcony on the second floor. Downstairs there is a full sleeper sofa, TV, kitchen, full bathroom, access to a secluded back yard with a your own grill. The fisherman will love the boat docks and quick access to the gulf.

Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet
