SUNSET APARTMENT... This is a separate apartment in our family home at the seaside. The entrance is separate, and the apartment is furnished for full time living. The apartment has a Mediterranean garden with the biggest grill, and a lovely beach few steps away. The apartment has 2,5 rooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 separate beds used for children mostly. In the living room there is a comfy fould out couch where 2 more people can sleep. Just like our garden, the apartment is quite unique to the last hand made detail. This year we renovated the kitchen in shabby chic style :) For all our guests, this has been the place to relax and leave all the worries behind. Layed back or active, here you can have Your perfect holiday. Our villa is spread across two spacious floors, designed for comfort and relaxation. The Ground Floor - The heart of the house is an open-concept living area featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that comfortably seats 8 people. The spacious living room, with its cozy corner sofa, is perfect for evening gatherings. For added convenience, there is also a full bathroom on this floor. The Upper Floor - Upstairs, you will find 3 stylish bedrooms offering beautiful views. The sleeping arrangements are designed to accommodate 8 guests in total. A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. Outdoor & Entertainment - Step outside to your private oasis featuring a stunning infinity pool. The courtyard is equipped with a lounge area, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ grill—ideal for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. Bonus Areas & Parking - On the lower level in front of the house, there is a dedicated play and relaxation zone finished with artificial grass, perfect for children or sunbathing. House Jurjevic - whole house with yard&parking

House is situated in a quiet place called Crna Punta, ideal for family holidays, to escape from traffic jams and noise. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away

It offers full privacy and seclusion, while enjoying both interior and various exterior areas within the complex. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.

Villa Ena nalazi se na ograđenoj parceli od 1500 m2. Parcela je izdvojena od ostalih kuća te gosti mogu uživati u miru i privatnosti. U sklopu parcele se nalazi parking. Objekt posjeduje tri terase od čega dvije natkrivene, opremljene vrtnim namještajem. Bazen je veličine 16 m2 te nudimo jacuzzi za 4 osobe. Također postoji vanjski roštilj kao i dječje igralište. Kuća je lijepo uređena i opremljena sa svim što Vam je potrebno za ugodan boravak.
