Der Blick geht auf das ca 30.000 qm große Grundstück mit vielen verschiedenen Bäumen und Blumen der Finca und auf die gegenüber liegenden Berge.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

(Large Supermarkets) -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2.5€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.

Our beautiful house is located in a very interesting and trendy area of Palma: El Terreno. It has excellent proximity to attractions and very good bars and restaurants. It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. In the Marina you will find many good restaurants and if you want, you will have also a lot of pubs and discotheques.

Can Yuca is a beach house with a bohemian and chic style. It is a little haven of peace just a stone's throw from the magnificent s'Amarador beach. It is located in the heart of the Mondrago Natural Park, close to the most beautiful beaches on the island, 5 km from the pretty village of Santanyi and 5 km from the small port of Cala Figuera.

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
