This new private apartment is located on a high hill, 300 metres from the picturesque port of Linaria and is the ground floor of a two-story summer house. It has a big yard and a balcony, which has uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea, and there is a quiet secluded beach below which makes this a unique spot.The accommodation is light and airy, tasteful and modern.The kitchen is fully equipped, and fitted with a large fridge and oven. The bedroom has a double bed with wooden, fitted cupboards.

Art Gallery House

My house is only 250m away from Aspous sandy beach. It is a typical traditional Skyrian house surrounded by a big courtyard full of trees and flowers. My aim was to create a convenient and charming place which combines the Skyrian style along with modern elements for relaxing vacations and contact with nature and the sea. The walls are covered with lovely paintings. This is ideal for a couple or a couple with children with the area being very safe and plenty of shade around the property.

Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη και εξόπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέσα για μιά άνετη και σύγχρονη διαβίωση. Η θέα από όλα τα ανοίγματα είναι μοναδική!

This is a beautiful beach-front house in Skyros, near Molos (Gyrismata). It is ideal for families and friends looking for a vacation at the beach. It is fully equipped to meet all your needs. Not far from Skyros town either. Shops are near (bakery and fruit shop at 400m, tavern 200m, laundry 800m, super market at 1, 4 km) and the center of the town is only 5 min away by car. Haus Bougainvillea mit den hellblauen Fensterläden bietet 2 Personen großzügig Platz, allerdings ist die Unterbringung eines Kindes möglich. Hierfür würden wir ein Zustellbett bereitstellen. Es hat 40m2 und ist ein großer Raum mit einem Doppelbett, Bad mit WC, einer offenen Küche (Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit) und Terasse.(25 Μ2) mit Blick auf das Meer und Evoia. Der Blick ist teilweise eingeschraenkt durch Haus Pelagos.
