Pefkos- Haus Pelagos mit Pool

Auf einem Grundstück von 10ha in einzigartiger Lage, umgeben vom Meer und Kiefernwäldern und vollkommen ruhig gelegen, befinden sich 2 Gästehäuser und ein Salzwasserpool zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Das Haus Pelagos ( Meerblick ) mit den orangenen Fensterläden hat 60m2, kann bis zu 3 Personen beherbergen, wobei sich die Schlafgelegenheit als Doppelbett auf der offenen Galerie befindet und ein Einzelbett im großzügigen Wohnraum bereitgestellt werden kann. Das Haus Pelagos bietet einen großen Wohn- und Essraum mit offenem Kamin, einem Tisch für bis zu 6 Personen, ein Bad mit WC, Badewanne und Waschmaschine, sowie einer geräumigen Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Tiefkühltruhe. Das Grundstück ist bepflanzt mit Obstbäumen, Olivenbäumen, Gemüsebeeten und Rasenflächen. Als zentraler Punkt steht ein Salzwasser-Swimmingpool (50m2) und ein Barbecue zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung mit Haus Bougainvillea zur Verfügung. Die Entfernung zum eigenen Strand beträgt 150m und den Höhenunterschied von 65m erleichtern Stufen beim hinuntergehen. Es ist ein kleiner Privat-Strand der zum Grundstück gehört und von außen nicht zugänglich ist (nur per Boot erreichbar). Da unser Grundstück am Ende einer nicht asphaltierten Strasse liegt (1600m von der Asphalt Strasse entfernt), ist ein Auto mit 4x4 Antrieb unerläßlich. Die Preise, laut der örtlichen Autovermietungen, liegen so zwischen 40-45€ pro Tag und ein wenig Fahrerfahrung sollte man schon haben. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist rund 15min. entfernt und Skyros Stadt ist in ca.25min. mit dem Auto ereichbar. Unten, in der Bucht von Pefko,s (7min) liegt wohl mit Abstand die beste Taverne von Skyros, denn hier darf man noch in die Töpfe schauen und den Fisch auswählen, der fangfrisch am morgen von einheimischen Fischern ausgeliefert! Skyros ist eine Insel deren Geschichte sich weit in die mythologische Zeit erstreckt, wo sich erste Spuren und Hinweise finden.Theseus, Lykomidis, Axill und Neoptolemos sind Personen der Mythologie, welche unzertrennlich mit der Geschichte der Insel verbunden sind.Die neolithische Periode, die klassische Zeit, die römische und in der Folge die ottomanische Herrschaft bis zu den piratischen Invasionen, all dies prägte die Insel, einen Lebensraum mit archaischen Wurzeln, welche noch heute in den traditionellen Sitten und Gebräuchen (website hidden) den beiden Museen der Insel, dem Volkskunde- und Archaeologischen Museum, finden sich viele Belege und Denkmäler dieser bedeutenden Vergangenheit. Skyros ist die größte Insel des Inselkomplexes der nördlichen Sporaden und ist geprägt von einer einzigartigen landschaftlichen Besonderheit. Der nördliche Teil der Insel ist reich an dichten Kiefernwäldern und landwirtschaftlichen Flächen, im Süden befindet sich eine Hirtenlandschaft mit dichter Strauchvegetation, die neben Ziegen und Schafen auch dem einzigartigen skyrianischen Pony ein Refugium von seltener Schönheit bietet.Der wohl malerischte Punkt der Insel ist ohne Zweifel die Chora, der Hauptort der Insel, mit seinen, einem Amphitheater gleich angeordneten Häusern, die sich an einen 179m hohen Felsen schmiegen. Auf der Spitze des Felsens befindet sich die alte Burg, von wo aus sich ein einmaliger Ausblick über das weite blaue ägäische Meer bietet. Bemerkenswert ist die Bauart der Burg, da sie nur von einer Seite aus zugänglich ist, alle anderen 3 Seiten fallen steil zum Meer hin ab und boten so eine natürliche Befestigung gegen feindliche Angriffe.Neben der Burg befindet sich das Kloster des heiligen Georg, welcher der Schutzpatron der Insel ist und von wo aus sich ein einmaliger Ausblick für die Besucher bietet.Von all den Stränden der Insel bieten einige ganz eigene ästhetische Schönheiten. Auf der Nordseite ist es der Strand von Atsitsa, Agalipa, welche nur mit dem Boot erreichbar ist, Agios Petros, Gyrismata und Pefkos. Die Südseite wartet mit dem langen Strand von Kalamitsa auf und Kolymbada. Das kristallklare Wasser, der saubere und durchscheinende Meeresgrund in Verbindung mit der Schönheit der Landschaft verführen den Besucher sich eins zu fühlen mit der Pracht der Schöpfung die sich vor ihm ausbreitet.

Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.
