My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Villa Salanti offers a serene retreat featuring two private beaches. Just a few meters from the beach, a patio invites you to enjoy breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. From both levels there is access to the outside areas of the house! Enjoy unique moments!
