Ferienunterkünfte mit Sitzbereich im Freien in Parma

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

la casa è molto bella e accogliente e curata nei dettagli. Tommaso ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ed è stato premuroso facendoci trovare caffè e biscotti per la colazione e le ciotole per il nostro peloso. Altamente consigliato

we loved our stay at Claudio's wonderful place. So beautiful, so pristine, a beautiful environment, a real paradise and very comfortable. We could rest and enjoy the beautiful walk straight from the house. Walk towards Mulazzo and find the riverside... so beautiful

La vivienda es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. No le falta ningún detalle. Está rodeada de naturaleza, ideal si te gusta disfrutar de ese tipo de turismo. Queda un poco lejos de los lugares típicos a visitar y no hay supermercado en el pueblo; así que, antes de llegar, si necesitas comprar comida, lo ideal es comprarla antes. Por lo demás, en cuanto a la vivienda en sí y la atención de Claudio, genial

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Crémone. Il faisait froid et humide dehors mais très bon dans l'appartement. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin dans l'appartement. Ce dernier est bien propre et idéalement situé : il donne sur une cour très calme. Il n'y a aucun bruit. On peut se garer gratuitement à proximité. On rejoint le centre ville à pied en 5 minutes. Il y a aussi un bon supermarché à quelques minutes de marche. C'est vraiment une bonne adresse pour découvrir la région. Merci Pietro!

Matteo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Superschnelle und freundliche Kommunikation. Genaue Anweisungen und nette Empfehlungen, die wir gerne angenommen haben. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ohne zu viel Schnickschnack. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. Die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars ist in direkter Nachbarschschaft. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Sono stata un weekend lungo a Mantova con il mio ragazzo, l’appartamento é piccolo ma curato, pulito e accogliente. Teresa é stata gentilissima, consiglio!

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Sejour tres agreable dans une ville de taille moyenne mais avec de tres beaux monuments, musées, tout peut etre fait à pieds. L'appartement est tres confortable, propre, avec toutes les commodités. Nicola est tres reactif . Nous recommandons chaleureusement, et sans hesiter.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Simone ed è stato un periodo molto apprezzato. Ero in zona per un workshop e ho apprezzato la silenziosità della zona e la vicinanza alla mia sede. Simone si è fatto trovare sulla strada al mio arrivo e mi ha subito illustrato le caratteristiche della zona e dell'alloggio. Dovendo probabilmente ritornare in zona, sarà sicuramente una delle mie opzioni.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Piacenzza sehr genossen. Die Wohnung von Giovanna ist einfach perfekt!!! und sehr gut gelegen. Ein kurzer Spaziergang führt in Centro Storico. Sollten wir wieder mal nach Piacenzzo reisen, werden wir sicher wieder bei Giovanna anklopfen. Herzlichen Dank!

Un soggiorno perfetto. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e in posizione ottima, vicina a supermercati e ristoranti. Accesso all’appartamento facilissimo con le istruzioni forniteci. Gli host sono sempre stati disponibili e attenti, ci sono venuti incontro sempre relativamente alle nostre esigenze e sono stati sempre chiarissimi nelle spiegazioni. Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Very cosy space close to a huge park. Parma downtown is easily walkable. Nico and Chiara were very responsive and accomodating regarding checkin and checkout. Would book again!

Nos sentimos super comodos en cucchiari suite! Quiero destacar la limpieza del lugar, abrir la puerta y que huela a limpio es un placer! La ducha agua bien caliente y con presion. El barrio es super tranquilo con un verde espectacular y el cantar suave de los pajaritos lo hace aún mas encantador 😍 Está a unas pocas cuadras del centro como para ir caminando y admirando la infrastructura y orden de esta bella ciudad! Sin duda volveriamos a hospedarnos ! Gracias!

Very clean and very big apartment perfect for 4 or even 6 people I guess. Perfect location right down the street is the center of the city there is a good bar for good cappuccino.
