La casa è situata in centro all'Abetone ma è immersa nel verde con una splendida vista sulla vallata. Luminosa e soleggiata, ha tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due con due letti a castello (uno dei due può diventare matrimoniale; biancheria non compresa). Un bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e cantina riscaldata per gli sci. Area verde di proprietà.
