Host - Aunty is responsive, helpful, and chatty. You'll enjoy her company. You can make special requests in food or anything else you might need ;). Location - It's located down the road, there are two paths to take, 1 easier, 1 tougher, both adventurous and beautiful. Hosts (Aunty, her husband and DIL) carry your luggage to and fro. The place is isolated from the road and other stays, and provides a quiet stay experience. Rooms - They are clean and spacious, large washrooms, beautiful balconies that can accommodate 5 people each for the chai-siddu-view chill mornings. When we visited they were still building the tree house but it looked nice. Food - Aunty feeds you home cooked, clean, tasty food - whatever you request. The siddu's are fantastic and the ghee is to die for.

Sangat is a very warm host and he was always helpful with whatever we asked for - be it local recommendation, taxi drivers, or warm water in absence of electricity. And if you stay here, you dare not miss the food he cooks. We have stayed in Himachal for many days and at different homestays. Sangat makes the best aloo parathas, poha and especially pahadi daal. The daal was so delicious and satisfying that my husband asked him for the recipe of it. I'd definitely want to stay here the next time I visit Jibhi and would recommend everyone to stay here. The area offers convenient parking, and with a bit of care, any competent driver can navigate the scenic route in practically any vehicle.

Sainj valley is a peaceful space. Cottage is good. And Mr Satish is further building a tree house. Best season to visit is April-May. Although we visited the place in January when winters were at peak. They provide you bonfire free of cost for which others charge Rs. 1000. Additionally the place is surrounded by deodar and pine trees and apple trees, which give you serene experience. And the best part is their cook Mr. Fatehsingh . He makes you yummy food and tea whenever you want. His best dish is his biryani veg/ nonveg both and kadak adrakwali chai. All in all a very good experience. Only one caveat: roads are little damaged due to rains but you can reach the place anyhow. No major issues there.

Chaman and Toni were of great help at the property, they were prompt with everything that we had asked for. They helped us with our daily travel in and around the property. Chaman is also a great cook and always available whenever asked. The property is in the middle of an apple farm and you get to interact with a lot of people around the village. We had a great time here for 9 nights and would highly recommend this cozy property. The room has breathtaking views through the day. They also helped us with a bonfire at nights on request. One thing to note, it is a bit of a climb to the property and this may not be suitable for aged groups. The staff was helpful with getting our luggage up and down the property. 5/5 property
