Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες! Η κα Σταυρούλα ήταν εξαιρετική οικοδέσποινα, πάντα προσιτή και διαθέσιμη! Παρά πολύ καλή περιποίηση και φιλοξενία! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

Ωραιος χωρος, industrial style. Πολυ λειτουργικη η καθε γωνια του!!Ομορφη βεραντα. Κρεβατι με πολυ ωραιο στρωμα .Οι πετσετες μοσχοβολαγαν!!!Ειχε παντοφλες μιας χρησεως!!Εχει κ κουβερτουλα για χουχουλιασμα στον καναπε..σαν στο σπιτι μας...Αα κ πιστολακι επαγγελματικο κ καθρεφτη χειρος , βασικα γυναικεια αξεσουαρ!! Η διαμονη ηταν υπεροχη, χωρις καμια οχληση, ησυχα,βολικα, ζεστα, δυο βηματα απο την παραλια!

Hôte très agréable, accueillant et à l’écoute. Logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Je recommande.

The host was very helpful during our stay. My daughter got sick and the host helped us with an appointment the same day. The house was great with the best view and sunset. You have to have a car to get there and to go to the beaches. The only minus with our stay was the hungry cats at the house. Otherwise everything was perfect.

πεντακαθαρο και πανέμορφο σπίτι ,ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , υπήρχε ηρεμία και ησυχία , ο κήπος πανέμορφος και περιποιημένος επίσης πάρκινγκ ιδιωτικό ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοτατοι και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί . Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα είναι η πρώτη επιλογή μας όταν ξαναπάμε στην Φοινικούντα

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό και μπορεί πολύ εύκολα να φιλοξενήσει 6 άτομα, τα 8 θα είναι κάπως οριακά. Η διαρρύθμιση είναι καλή και βολεύεσαι αμέσως. Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα και πολύ καλά μονωμένα, ο κεντρικός κλιματισμός δουλεύει πολύ καλά. Τα μπάνια ευρύχωρα και καλά εξοπλισμένα, όπως και η κουζίνα η οποία σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να μαγειρέψεις έως σύνθετα φαγητά. Η γενικότερη εμπειρία από τη διαμονή ήταν παρά πολύ καλή και το έχουμε τοποθετήσει στη πρώτες επιλογές για διακοπές την επόμενη χρόνια.
