The house is a new built with all the modern comforts but also with traditional adds, surrounded by pure nature. Romantic Evas Cottage is provided with the special sign of the Greek Tourist Organization.

Relax in this luxury retreat located on the outskirts of Gouves beach. This 130 square meter maisonette provides an ideal summer sanctuary for those who seek quiet and peace during their holidays. The villa has three bedrooms and a beautiful private plunge pool to relax along with private barbeque facilities and outdoor dining area. The villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom.

The apartment has a lovely view to the sea and has a swimming pool that is shared between the guests and my family. There is also a BBQ for those perfect summer nights to cook and enjoy your drinks. You can relax by the pool, in the garden or on the hammocks under the palm trees. Please have in mind that from 1st of April until 31st of October the tax for climate change is 8 euro amd from 1st of November until 31st of March is 2 euro.

Our comfortable 75m² House is located in karteros and it is a ground floor house which is a part of a duplex with separate entrance. The house has a beautiful garden overlooking the Cretan sea the Port and the airport, Ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays.
