L'appartamento è formato da un living con cucina con piano ad induzione e forno elettrico, frigorifero e congelatore, divano letto e smart tv. La camera da letto matrimoniale è dotata di smart tv. Il bagno con doccia ampia, lavandino, wc con doccino e scalda salviette. L'appartamento è dotato di impianto riscaldamento e condizionamento e wifi.

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile in questo spazio in centro e vicinissimo alla stazione e alla minimetro che vi porterà direttamente al centro storico. L'attico 26 è uno spazio speciale creato per essere completamente indipendente e di lusso. Magiche le atmosfere create con la pergola bioclimatica che copre parte del terrazzo di 100 mq che da sul centro della città. PS: da Novembre a Marzo compreso non potra essere utilizzata la vasca idromassaggio per via delle temperature rigide.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
