Schöne Bauernhaus mit Schwimbad - in der Chianti

Das aus dem Mittelalter stammende Bauernhaus “ Il Corzanello“ liegt auf einem Hügel und ist umgeben von Reben, Oliven und Eichenbäumen. Dieser Hügel verläuft entlang des Pesa Tals und der Via Cassia, der historischem römischen Straße, die Florenz und Siena verbindet. Die Häuser waren im Besitz der Cavalcanti und Niccolini Familien, fio(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)sche Adelsfamilien. Die Nicolini Familie überließen ihren Töchtern die Erträge dieses Anwesens als Aussteuer. Der ehemalige Wachturm dominiert die Umrisse von “ Il Corzanello“. Im Lauf der Jahrhunderte erfolgten diverse Anbauten, wodurch das Haus beträchtlich vergrößert wurde. Jedoch wurde der ursprüngliche Charakter des Hauses beibehalten. Vor dem Haus ist eine überdachte Pergola, ideal für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Vom Haus aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Weinhänge und Olivenbäume sowie auf den nächsten Hügel, wo die Schafe weiden. Il Corzanello hat sechs Schlafzimmer. Das Turmzimmer ist eines der Schlafzimmer und diente der Familie als Maleratelier. Es hat eine Galerie mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Es gibt drei Badezimmer, zwei Wohnzimmer eine große komplett ausgestattete Küche mit einem großen Kamin. Von spezieller Schönheit ist die Terrasse, mit einem kleinen achteckigen Pool, hier bietet sich eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf die Villen der umliegenden Hügel. Ein großer Pool ist bei dem Haus Corzano (300 m).
