Great location in Philly. Having a reserved parking space was great. He is also a very accommodative host, would book again.

We had a great time. Rosa was very prompt and responsive to our calls and needs. I will surely use the facility again .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The apartment felt homely, comfortable and clean. It was tastefully decorated & when we were tired from exploring the city it was a nice place to come back to relax. The building is in a great location near the city centre, & the beautiful view of the Philadelphia skyline was the icing on the cake! Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay I live in the area but my family lives in another state, my grandmother and mom came in the spend the weekend and my grandmother can’t get up the stairs at my place. So we were looking for somewhere accommodating near me. This was great Our hosts let us in early There was a very little step going into the home then everything was on one level. There were two bathroom areas And the space was plenty big.

Great place to stay for a trip to Philadelphia! Not a far drive to center city, and the local area also has nearby shops and restaurants. Susannah made everything clear for check-in, making it a super easy and smooth process.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

We loved the location, the garage, the host’s flexibility, and spaciousness! 10/10
