Si vous cherchez un logement à Ayutthaya, c'est celui-ci qu'il vous faut! Tout était parfait, le logement est très propre, les lits très confortables, la douche marche parfaitement et de plus les propriétaires sont super gentils! Le logement est très bien situé à proximité des anciens temples à visiter absolument! Bref aucun regret d'avoir sejourné ici, et vous pouvez foncer les yeux fermés!

Very nice experience. Was welcomed by mr Charn with a cheerful smile. Really appreciated his hospitality and thoughtfulness. The place is located quite far from the center of Bangkok but will be a good choice for people who come to attend a concert or event around Impact. Around 20 minutes to walk to Impact from here (however should go with a group of 4-5 people if you come back late) and only 5 minutes by taxi or grab. Very easy to get a grab to go anywhere you want. Near 7-11 and Family Mart is another good point.

Good place to stay

Hubby and I enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The location is great. Grab taxi didn’t have any problem locating the building. Check in and check out was smooth. Apt. was clean and comfortable. For Cdn. $32 a night, it is unbeatable. Great value! Coffee shop, resto, night market, supermarket and massage parlour nearby. It is close to all the ruins. Grab was easily available in the area. This room is on the 3rd floor and next door are storage room only. We have no mobility issue and a light carry-on so climbing 3 flight of stairs wasn’t a big deal. But if you have heavier luggage or mobility issue, maybe best to book room on the first floor. We will definitely return again if we are in the area

the apartment is ok, a bit noisy at night as wall and window are small and it's close to a big road. it's likely more to just have a sleeping place at night if you go outside everyday. if you stay in the room all day it might be very noisy. overally it did what it was supposed to do so I liked it

A nice big home with a friendly welcome, a great location and a wonderful breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful the host is very nice and the stay was great.

We really enjoyed our time in Ayutthaya! Adcharanan gave us helpful tips and organised a boat trip to the temples for us. The location is central and close to the bus station, train and night market. The only issue is that it can be a bit noisy on the street. I can highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you for your hospitality!

非常干净和漂亮的房子，就在河边上非常的惬意，房主有很用心的在维护的打扮房子。房主也十分热情，会很快的回复信息解决问题，来大城府十分推荐住在这里。

Wonderful two nights stay, Narong was quite knowledgable and gave us a few very nice hints.

房东回复很及时，当得知我们找不到路的时候立刻要来接，非常感谢✌房东女儿给准备了传统泰式早餐，早上7点钟就放到了门口。妈妈早上出去遛弯，还送了两个芒果给我们😊😊😊

Enjoyed the stay and felt very safe. Benny is very communicative provided local restaurants/bars as suggestions as well as local grocery stores and made sure I felt comfortable.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
