The house was perfect for our family, including 6 and 8 year old kids, Clemson student, and grandparents.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything went very smoothly and the place was absolutely beautiful. The view was stunning, and being so close to the water made it even better. The private beach area was definitely the highlight—such a bonus! The neighbors were very friendly, and there was plenty of privacy, which made it even more relaxing. The hosts had everything we needed and were very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Such a great weekend getaway! Quiet and serene but also close to Clemson where it would be great to stay with family for a game. Will definitely stay here again!

Visited Clemson with my family so that my son could see the campus before starting this fall. The location is situated beautifully on a serene lake. The house is exactly as pictured, with striking decor. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. We appreciated being greeted so warmly with snacks, and Easter cupcakes. We loved the kayaks, a beautiful way to spend a warm spring day. Thank you Lauren!

We stayed here with 4 adults, 3 kids and a teenager while in town to attend the Savannah Bananas game at Clemson. It was a quick drive to campus and the house had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Rain kept us from enjoying the backyard but it would have been a great place to have a fire pit or let the kids throw a baseball around. Great value for the price point!

We had the best time at Kelly’s place for our family friends’ getaway! 4 adults and 4 little ones (including two toddlers and a baby) stayed comfortably. The master bedrooms were great for pack 'n plays-one fit perfectly in the upstairs closet, and the basement master had a cozy spot near the washer/dryer, great for naps. The kids loved the playroom with toys, a play rug, and bunk beds. The living room was huge and uncluttered, great for all hanging out and letting the little ones play safely. We loved the beautiful back deck with outdoor seating and water views. Being right on the water with a private dock was a huge plus, and renting a boat from Clemson Marina (just 12 minutes away) made for an awesome lake day. The big, gated backyard gave the kids lots of space to run around safely. Everything was super clean, and Kelly was a wonderful host. Plus, it’s very close to Clemson! We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay. Thank you, Kelly, for a fantastic experience!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place in Sunset SC. It suited our 3 generations of family that we had there. The kitchen table was great with room for all 8 of us plus more! The bedroom situation was wonderful with I/2 baths stuck strategically around the house. Lots of games and puzzles for the kids. Here were a few items to mention for future visitors: there are 3 stories in this house so be prepared to hike, and discuss the heating/cooling situation with other guests before going to bed as the middle floor thermostat is in one of the bedrooms.

Keith was very responsive and helpful from the moment I booked the BNB for the weekend. Very simple process and the details and instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The house is beautiful in a great location with perfect sleeping arrangements for a group of 8-9. Highly recommended booking this location for your next trip to the lake

sherri’s cottage was stinking adorable. we loved it so much we checked out and then decided to check back in and stay an extra night. sherri and lisa were great hosts. responded almost immediately to any questions I had. place was clean and had everything we needed. will definitely be booking here again for our next visit. thank you sherrie and lisa.

I LOVED this place so much I came back 2 days later and I live less than 5 miles away lol. We are staying in an RV while waiting to move into our home and that is not for me! It got really cold here and I wanted to find somewhere else to stay. (RVs are just inconvenient in my opinion. ) I found it!!! I fell in love with it and now I may never leave. Seriously, as I said I live nearby but this place is absolutely breathtaking! The photos aren’t nearly as beautiful as real life. If the mountains of SC is your destination, you will NOT regret this house! Driving on the road it’s actually on, may make you think you’re lost, you’re not, just keep going. You’ll get there lol. Perfect Lake Hartwell gem, so close to Clemson and right on the lake. So many beds! Wonderful multiple family house!
