Great place to stay when in town, very easy to get to with lots of places around it for food and entertainment

Appreciated how convenient and near the place was with nearby local spots in Tacoma and Seattle area. Place was clean and had all the amenities for a week's stay. Mike and Anita were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Would recommend anyone to stay. :)

Don’s place was great! If you’re taking the bus it’s very close to the bus systems so that was very helpful. The place was clean, very well thought out and put together. Don was very responsive and helpful when I needed it. He was also very accommodating where he could and that is the best thing in a host All in all 10/10 experience and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment was clean and upgraded. The furniture and beds were very nice! We loved it!

Derek was an awesome host. He made us feel welcome and provided a homey atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Felt right at home my wife gave birth here and we were able to bring our newborn and 1yr old to a place that felt like home after leaving the hospital . I would definitely book again

Гарні апартаменти, все як на фото, на кухні було все необхідне, все ідеально чисто, зручне ліжко, сусідів взагалі не було чутно, поряд паркувальні місця, район тихий, поблизу магазини, недалеко від центру та кавʼярень. Єдине - не вдалось підключити телевізор, але нічого страшного. Дякуємо)

Lovely, open third floor en suite. Bedroom is spacious, yet welcoming, large windows allow in much natural light, yet the room feels cozy and private. If ya need more privacy use the remote to lower or raise shades to your preference. Need to work? There is a small that will let you do so in comfort. Comfy queen bed, large closet, and double sinks and two shower heads round out this terrific space. Lovely view of the mountains, and of down town Tacoma, this space is terrific for a weekend or long term rental. Shared kitchen is spotless, easy to make a meal to go or for stay in. Co- host Doug, is personable and accommodating, Elizabeth is most responsive and flexible. Easy drive to everywhere: from nearby Tacoma dome to the Glass Museum, minutes from trendy downtown or to old town. Trails and parks are abundant. If you want a place to stay in or to flop after going out Elizabeth’s has got you!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed this beautiful home. Mrs. Allison and Mr. Richard were quick with their responses. The place was clean and the personalized note and snacks really added a caring touch. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. It did get a little warm in the house but I opened the windows and it cooled down. The area is beautiful and other than the neighborhood dogs the area was quiet. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. This was my first time renting an AIRBNB on my own and they made my experience great.

The house was so cozy, exactly how the pictures showed. Will stay again.

This is a nice old house turned 3-plex; we stayed in the 2nd floor, which was as described, spotlessly clean, and reasonably furnished. The kitchen is well appointed; expect to bring staples like coffee. There's a double oven and a large range and fridge. Very walkable to UW-Tacoma and the surrounding attractions.

It was a great September stay while having some custom Fabrication done by a local builder. The place was clean. comfortable (great bed) and Justin is the kindest host. Will definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean. While you do not have a private bathroom, you are the only one using that bathroom. Hunter (the name Frank goes by) provided a fan so I could have fresh air from the window. The place is a little out of the way. Obviously, this wouldn't be an issue if you have a car. There is a bus only a few blocks away that will take you to public transportation hubs if you take the bus. Hunter is polite, reasonable, and personable. He is busy, but we never had a problem communicating.

Very clean and new on the inside. If you want to stay in UP, this is the place. Quiet street. Quiet complex. Only notes if caution are that bedroom #2 is open to below, like a loft so make sure that works for your situation. Also, there is very few kitchen items like plates and utensils and pans so plan to bring/buy your own. We were very happy here.
