Non è un posto anonimo, ma una casa che ha visto crescere i nostri figli, nei mesi estivi durante la loro infanzia. Il luogo è intriso di ricordi e di un’energia positiva che vi farà sentire subito a casa.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.

The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. Guests can enjoy the absolute tranquility of the area, take a dip in the private pool overlooking the stunning natural setting of the Monte Cimone valley, and stroll along the nature trails.

Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture.
