Enjoy the peacefulness of the cottage while laying in the hammock, sitting by the fire pit, or while sitting on the front porch of the cottage being outdoors while being a short drive away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You are about 15-19 minutes from the entrance to Dollywood and just around the corner from the GSMNP!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Vacation Station. Our brand new, modern cottage comfortably sleeps 6. Elegantly furnished, it offers open living space, dining, kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertop. The master bedroom offers a K sized bed, a 42” smartTV, a walk in closet/on suite with stand up shower and double sink. The 2 other bedrooms have Q size beds. They share hallway bath with bath/shower. Sheets and towels provided.

It's 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Smoky Mountain National Park, and Pigeon Forge, and offers breathtaking mountain views. The cottage features two gas fireplaces, a hot tub, and a modern kitchen equipped w/ granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances. And, if you're lucky, you might even spot a bear during their active season! The cottage is one of our favorite properties. We hope you'll love it too.

NOTE: We are 3 min from GSMNP, not 40 min as Airbnb states. Cozy & comfortable, with room for 3 but perfect for 2. Overlooking the Little River and located on the walking/biking trail in town. Less than 1 mile to Great Smoky Mtns. Nat. Park, across the river from Vee Hollow Bike Trails. River access on the property (the steps to the river may be difficult for some.) Need more room? Incredible Location!!! Car shows, Trolley to DollyWood, the ability to walk to popular locations, then you need to stay with us! Literally, one minute walk to many restaurants, shopping, go kart park, coffee shop and Hwy 441. Feels a bit like you are in the country. This efficiency is just that, everything you need in one small private space with a shared porch! We are in the Historic Old Mill District. Nearby trolley to DollyWood, Gatlinburg, & LeConte Center. The Kodak cottage is only minutes off of I-40 and the parkway to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This is the perfect quick get away where you can easily get to the mountains and the other attractions in the Smokey Mountain area.
