Parking is free and off the street but not covered. The entrance to the house is shared with the owner and her roommate.

It's right in town so you can walk anywhere in Patagonia and is only 1/4 mile from the Audubon Paton's Center for Hummingbirds and 1.5 miles from the Patagonia Sonoita Creek Preserve .
