C’était super!! Le Airbnb est merveilleusement bien placé! Lorsque nous sommes arrivées, nous avions peur car c’est en plein centre ville dans l’action, mais finalement à l’intérieur on entend absolument rien. Le lit était très confortable et tout était très propre. Encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande fortement.

Federico’s apartment was amazing! It exceeded our expectations. There was everything that one might need, including umbrellas, chargers, hair dryer, laundry detergent and more. The apartment building was quiet and the area felt very safe. A very cute coffee shop was right around the corner and Carrefour was just a few minutes away. Federico was a great host, always answering quickly and giving us a lot of tips about museums, churches and restaurants in Firenze. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Firenze :)

Emplacement très bien, juste à côté du tram à 4 stations du centre de Florence. Latif nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu stationner notre voiture dans la cour et ne plus la bouger pendant notre séjour. L'appartement est simple et propre. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le lit double très confortable. Florence est une très belle ville.

Sono stata in questo appartamento per il ponte del 25 aprile. Ottima posizione rispetto alla stazione S. Maria Novella, prendendo il tram si arriva con 3 fermate a Redi, da dove la casa dista un minuto a piedi. Il patio interno dove affaccia l'appartamento è molto suggestivo. C'è un bar in una piazzetta a 10mt dove consiglio di fare colazione, ha briosches buonissime. In generale è stata un ottima esperienza.

Giulia’s apartment was absolutely fantastic! It was a short walk to anything and everything you would want to see in Florence. The host stayed in contact with us on the day of checkin, met us at the apartment, showed us around and left us some welcoming treats. The apartment is lovely and we felt right at home. It had a nice outdoor patio area, a wonderful shower, great kitchen and a comfortable bed. If you get the chance to rent this Airbnb, do not hesitate to take it.

The apartment was very central and it was super easy to get around. Despite its central location, it still felt quiet and away from the busy streets. It was very spacious, with a lovely bedroom, equipped with air con. We’re able to enjoy an espresso in the morning with the coffee machine provided as well. Felt very safe and slept soundly here.

This stay has been the best AirBnb experience i’ve had so far, all thanks to Massimo and his wife Brunella. Both have such kind and welcoming souls and were eager to help us with anything including transport and food. I highly HIGHLY recommend staying here especially if you’re open to the idea of “la dolce vita”, being present, and simply talking to Massimo about life. I don’t think i’ll ever forget my time there. On top of this, the actual space was beautiful, equipped with everything, and felt like a really lovely home. I felt really welcomed as soon as I stepped foot in the house. I stayed with my mom and sister and the three of us truly enjoyed our stay! (used the kitchen, enjoyed our hot showers, sat outside in the garden, played some board games). I hope to come back some day and stay with Massimo again!!

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Esperienza molto positiva. Casa ben organizzata e pulita, vicina al mare ma lontana dal rumore del centro. Tornerei volentieri se fossi in zona. Unica pecca: può non essere facile trovare parcheggio, pur essendo ovunque a pagamento. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato e non abbiamo più spostato la macchina.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming villa in Tuscany! The view was stunning, and the location was perfect—an easy drive to Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano. Emanuele met us at the villa upon check-in and gave us a thorough tour of the place. He just such a wonderful host!One of the highlights of our trip was the cooking class hosted by Emanuele and his sister Tammy, right in our villa. We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, delicious sauces, and tiramisu—it was such a special experience for our family. We stayed here with our three teenage daughters and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Byt je veľmi pekný a má výbornú dostupnosť električkou do centra Florencie, preto sme si ho vybrali. Má krásnu veľkú terasu, s výhľadom presne podľa fotiek. Lorenzo nám vždy reagoval na otázky veľmi rýchlo a presne a poradil nám. Bol to výborný bezproblémový pobyt, doporučujem ho a rada sa tu vrátim.

Siamo stati da Giada per il ponte del 25 Aprile. Accolti da una ragazza sorridente,gentile e premurosa che ci ha fatto sentire a casa e che ci tiene a fare le cose per bene.Appartamento luminoso, ordinato,pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i confort.Posizione tattica in zona pedonale di Scandicci e vicino alla fermata del tram dove in 20 min si arriva in centro a Firenze. Attorno hai bar, pizzerie, gelaterie negozi e un po’ di tutto. Il sabato nella piazza c’è il mercato,un piccolo “Porta Portese “ dove si trova veramente di tutto. Grazie Giada siamo stati benissimo,torneremo sicuramente a trovarti!!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

We had a great stay at Luca’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and fully equipped. The host is very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.
