Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located, private suite in the heart of Omaha! This 800 sq ft suite is an open concept with a large living area and dinning area. There is a queen sized bed, a twin bed, and option of a queen air mattress. There is a 3/4 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and closet. No kitchen but there is a microwave, air fryer, coffee pot, and mini-fridge. You’ll also have free on premise parking, a private entrance, and high speed internet.

Pking space on prop. walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to hwy, & shopping. Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Daylight bsmnt is sep from us upstairs with locked door. Couple of steps on path, none inside. Bsmt has had oder at times when previous guest cook etc.

The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

To top it all off breakfast items will be provided to start your day off on the right foot before you set out to explore Cornell's Campus or Historic Uptown.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). We are excited to welcome gracious guests to this lovely space.

The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House. Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.
