Had a great stay, place is as described, excellent communication all the way through our stay. Great location to beach and 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Very quiet building with great rooftop pool.

I love this place & the host Jessica. I was supposed to only stay 2 nights ended up staying 3 would have stayed another day if it wasnt already rented. Me my hubby,tia and Abuelita who is 91 yrs old stood.This was the perfect spot for older people because there are no stairs! My grama uses a walker and the house is about 200 ft from the parking spot thats assigned but if thats too much walking for your abuelita or they use a wheelchair there is a drop off spot much closer My gramas requests were no stairs or steps and 2 br 2 ba but her br had to have 2 beds because she wanted my aunt to sleep in the same room so they can talk chisme all night bt not sleep in the same bed lol the pool is close by abt 200 feet and they have a kayak rental area same distance I wish I had more time to use that amenity It looked really cool to go thru the lagoons We seen a monkey and heard lots of birds. It was clean beds were ok and pillows were comfy Ac's worked good 15 min from XCARET DEF will come again

I really appreciated the little things in this place. It came stocked with everything to make it feel like home. The entire property and condo was amazing and the pools were very spacious to where we had felt we had parts to ourselves. We were traveling multi generational from toddler teenagers to elderly and they all enjoyed it. We felt very safe and would definitely come again.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

We had a great time staying here :) The location is quiet, secure and very easy to get to. Lots of activities around. Mayakoba is beautiful and clean and the people are friendly :) We will be returning to stay here in the future and suggesting this location to our friends. Thank u for having us for the week :)

Perfect location for exploring Playa Del Carmen. The TV had a bad signal, but we didn’t need it. There was so much to do around the town at night, it was a fun adventure! Probably not for toddlers, since there is not much of a rail on the balcony. This is the perfect spot to begin your night life adventure, but also close to deep sea fishing and other daytime adventures. Such an amazing view, I took a photo of the sunrise. I am a long distance swimmer and staring over the horizon at the distant island of Cozumel was tempting. See you there!!!

Belle petite maison privé. L'intérieur est bien décoré. Jennifer est une hôte extraordinaire! Très réactive et beaucoup de recommandations.. Il y a 2 chats sur la propriété. Elles sont très affectueuses. La plage 88 est à environ 10 minutes à pieds. Sinon punta Esmeralda est à 25 minutes. On est plus loin du centre de la ville, mais en taxi cela prend environ 7 minutes. Il n'y a pas de rideaux pour obscurcir la chambre, à prévoir si vous ne désirez pas vous réveiller avec le soleil. Je recommande.

We will never forget our stay at the Bungalow. We can easily say this was the most memorable part of our trip and we already want to go back! Sebastian was extremely responsive and helpful before we even arrived. We asked so many questions as this was the first time we have visited Mexico without staying in a touristy resort, and he was so kind and detailed with every response. When we arrived, Sebastian’s mother showed us our room and welcomed us to their beautiful property. You are immersed in the jungle, so many beautiful trees and wildlife. The food was absolutely amazing. Breakfast and dinner made by the family, from scratch, with fresh fruits, fruit juice, homemade granola, and honey from bees on the property. We had a magical day snorkeling and he packed us a wonderful picnic. We were truly treated like family! We would choose Sebastian’s place over an all inclusive resort every time.
